9/10The service and welcome was outstanding despite of us being large group. I don’t agree with some of the comments before on this. See for yourself. 5 star hotel welcome and treatment from start to finish.

8.5/10The welcome was very charming (cook and service) and the location seemed much brighter than what I recalled. I totally recommend the "Friture d'éperlans" as a tapas/starter which is a very good portion to share for 2 accompanied by a nice glas of Primitivo di Manduria. As a main we chose the "selle de chevreuil désossée" (only during automn). The meat was very delicious and perfectly cooked and the sides were perfectly adding all the optional sides. The negative point was that the plate was cold and the sides on the plate like warm when served so every thing was cold in a very short time. The sauce as announced on the menu "jus de chevreuil" is very far from the real traditional sauce "chasse" called "Gran veneur" which you really should look for when choosing game dishes. We very much liked the service by our Normandy man :-)

10/10very pleasant terrace. the football was on the screen but it was muted so it was not intrusive at all. service was excellent, waiters very pleasant and helpful and attentive. food was prepared and presented very well and the chef visited every table. we were fortunate that there were only one table smoking and they did not bother us or the children on the adjacent table. Switzerland needs to catch up with the civilized world and ban smoking in all food areas. will definitely eat here again.

8/10The new decoration inside is lovely and makes it look new and fresh. Maybe a bit more light would make it easier to read the menu. The place only had one other busy table so it felt and bit empty. Food was very good

4/10Very disappointing experience. We had high hopes because of the good reviews. Staff mostly ignored us. Overprized food. And a lot of flies inside the restaurant. Don't here go there. There are better choices to make in this lovely town near the lake.

10/10A wonderful discovery. Menu was not extensive but focused on the essentials so choosing was easy. Food was well presented, right-sized and delicious. Service was attentive but unobtrusive and quick. Cosy, home-cooking ambience. This was our 2nd visit and we were not disappointed. We look forward to our next visit.

9.5/10Great little restaurant. Nice food, focused on fish from the lake but with good beef, entrees and Mediterranean flavors. Extremeley good service - perhaps the best I have had in Switzerland. The only time we went wrong with anything was when we didn't take the wait staff's recommendation. Excellent place with a cute terrace but small, so be sure to book.

10/10A relatively limited menu which is a good thing - it is better to do a few things really well and the Vieux-Port does that. Friendly and efficient service added to the pleasure of a delightful lunch.

9.5/10It’s such an unassuming location right on Route Suisse in Versoix. However go inside this charming restaurant and the food is superb. We came for the authentic Chasse menu which is available during hunting season and it was a delicious. On top the service is perfect. We will certainly be back soon!

10/10We were surprised when the restaurant owner took the trouble to telephone us the same day to warn us that the fisherman did not manage to catch perch that day just in case we only wanted that dish, one of their specialties. In fact the other selections a tuna entree followed by lake trout were thoughly enjoyed by us because they were specially prepared. The service was the best, and made our meal quite pleasant, in fact all was positive.

10/10Restaurant was very welcoming and offered to park our car on arrival. Service was exceptional with recommendations for wine and gluten free for my wife. Food was delicious and the ambiance in restaurant was cozy. Would definitely go back.

8/10Food was excellent in terms of being well prepared and presented. However, portions were small (note: at 50 kg, I'm not a big eater at all) and prices were higher than other restaurants in same area and of the same quality.

8/10Service and place as good as I always remember. However , filet de perche has lost a bit. The quantities are smaller for the full portion and somewhat it has lost the crisp I remember from the old owner although still correct. Correct but not exceptional
