7/10Bad service. When we arrived it took a while to be served. They informed us that we could choose the table we wanted. We chose one, sat down and then they told us to leave because it was a table for 5 people and we were 4 people. When we left about an hour and a half later, the table we had chosen was still empty. That is, unnecessary discomfort. Very slow service. Very hot place without air conditioning on a very hot afternoon. The food is excellent but the service and atmosphere are poor.

10/10The sushi and service was amazing! Good location to sit on the terras on a sunny day. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. You can taste that it’s fresh.

7/10Unfortunately this time Ida had a low standaard, the food didn't tast as good as before, the toilet was not clean enough and the floors were slippery, the service and the staff are very nice and helpful ????.

5.5/10Food was okay, but in my opinion overpriced. It’s not unusual for sashimi to cost more on the all you can eat menu, but there were now also several rolls that cost extra. Ridiculous since all of the prices were already raised. The most disappointing thing however was the service. Food came very late each round and it would take a long time for the empty plates to be taken of the table. One of my friends got served the wrong drink because it was wrongly registered on the tab. Tiny mistakes like this can happen, but when we tried to constructively say something about it the waitress started arguing with us that the drink wasn’t wrongly served, but that we ordered it wrong. Little bit rude in my opinion. Eventually she did exchange the drinks. I think one of the reasons the service wasn’t that good was because it was quite busy for a Tuesday night. Once it got less busy the service improved slightly. Perhaps they were understaffed, but it would have made a huge difference if some of the waiters weren’t so rude and looking like they didn’t want to be working there.

5.5/10We chose this place as it was close to the center and their website presentation was quite nice in comparison with the competition. The reality was very off though, with only a small area for eating, and people sitting right next to us not respecting the 1.5m rule. We also felt very unwelcome as there was no introduction to the order method, and the first thing the waitress mentioned to us was: make sure to eat within 1 hour and a half as your lunch time will be over. Food was also very basic and not diverse at all. Will not recommend or go there again!

9/10We went out for dinner after an exhausting training day. We were welcomed and seated, after the first round of our sushi dishes the system failed. We had to wait for about an hour before we could continue with ordering again. The main problem for us was that it was unclear when the service would continue again. We would like to advise to have a non-digital back-up system of some sort available. Despite all that, the food was incredible and the service afterwards was nice. We were compensated with a discount on our meal, that was nice. We would recommend this place if you like good sushi.
