10/10This restaurant certainly lived up to its name....the food was superb and beautifully presented. The service was very attentive and impeccable. This is definitely a restaurant worthy of a detour to if you are in the Alsace region.

10/10Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Not only was the for delicious but the presentation was extremely refined like a painting. Will definitely comme back with great pleasure! Bravo also to the staff also who was very discreet but very attentive. We had an awesome time!

Julien Benz is superb. From the ambiance, to the food and the service, dining here was an absolute delight. The special caviar starter is exquisite in presentation and flavor & taste. An added bonus was that the chef and proprietor Julien Benz personally accompanied the presentation. It’s difficult to “top” this caviar service, but the main courses were equally delicious and stunning in their own way. As was dessert. Perhaps the true “secret” of Julien Benz though is the staff. To a person they are welcoming, charming and helpful. This was without doubt one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. A “must visit” establishment in the Alsace region.

7.5/10With a day of 36 degrees, they had the air conditioning broken for more than a week, they said, and they did not even apologize. We should have been informed before hand to have the choice to spend 400€ while sweating…or cancel our réservation and book a restaurant with an infrastructure according to its price. Disappointing.

10/10This was a culinary experience unlike any other. Everything was perfectly orchestrated from the moment you arrive. The food was absolutely delicious. Each course was prepared differently which gave you a different perspective to enjoy the food and the flavors that came together were exquisite. I would absolutely make sure Julien Binz is a part of my next journey.

8/10Food was good, but not exceptional. Impressive wine list. Bin here before (2022) and food seems to have lost some of its fantastic finesse it had when we last time visited. I believe the restaurant is still one of the better in the area.

8/10the way how they treated us with a bABy (for his first baby was unjust! shame on them! They removed my glass of wine, not finished, when I went to the bathroom, didn't find it there when coming back. Our baby started, you know, being a baby, and the staff said go outside till baby be quiet again. Terrible experience. the chef greeted every table except ours! the food was good yes! and the ambient very spacious and well organized! but they way they treated us is very wrongful and also against France laws itself. not sure if going back!

10/10Another great restaurant to add to our list! We celebrated both our birthdays we chose Sunday lunch - the menu was colourful and appetizing! I highly recommend this little gem. The chef came out to see the clients and chat - we always appreciate this.

10/10The restaurant is a success story. In a tiny town in Alsace, it offers the opportunity to taste very well-prepared food, made with the talent of someone who knows the art of cooking. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We love it. I highly recommend.
