Exquisite food in a castle served by lovely students, who are trying to do their utmost best to do things right and make us feel comfortable. What more could we ask for?

There was only one thing which was annoying, and that were the Moskitos outside. So we had to move inside the restaurant. Everything else was really good and we enjoyed the evening and the food as well as the service. If we come again to Maastricht, we will also try the hotel.

What a great experience to participate in the learning experience of eager students at the Teaching Hotel Chateau Bethlehem! The dishes were clever, well cooked and beautifully presented, and the servers were very earnest. The student manager kept everything moving smoothly.

The staff was really welcoming and made us feel ‘like at home’, the food was exquisite and prepared with attention and passion. The atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful. We really enjoyed and will definitely go back.

Great to be able to join the great and calming terrace in the garden of Chateau Bethlehem. Short, sophisticated and to the point menu with to every one likes an option available. The students are doing all their effort to make your lunch as good as possible. Brioche from the hamburger was excellent and nice seasonal asperges on the menu.

Eating at a teaching school is a great experience and this did not disappoint. The food was great (some things better than others) but the best part is interacting with the students. Ask them about their study and they light up and show true interest in what they study. We stayed at the hotel too and are enjoying the experience.
