7.5/10We had the summer menu in the middle of September and were not that impressed with the €390 menu. The wine on the other hand was an impressive 2014 Chassagne Montrachet for only €225. The menu started with a serving of sea urchin, caviar and smoked bonito. It did not work a all for us, the sea urchin overpowered the caviar and the smoked bonito felt misplaced. The next serving of soft boiled egg with caviar worked better, is was follows by a tasty piece of lobster that was almost destoyed by figs cooked with pinot noir. The rest of the meal was fine, but not outstanding. Service was good and friendly, if a little bit slow a times.

6/10Very nice welcome and professional service all evening. The food very disappointing, particularly the fish(not fresh taste), the lamb 60 % fat and two of us were served tiny cuts almost without meat. Not acceptable. Surprised by the similarities between the pre dessert and the main dessert. Same acidity and texture.. We had expected higher levels for the 2 stars.

7.5/10Fantastic setting, beautiful venue. Very kind staff. Sadly they forgot our drink order and we were left for more than 30 minutes in the garden waiting for our drinks. The service was a bit slow, and there was a long delay in between courses. Food was excellent.

+7Absolutely phenomenal experience! We went with Plaisir de Table menu and enjoyed every single dish was delicious. The sommelier recommended a very nice bottle of champagne that we enjoyed with our food. Service was fantastic. Worth every euro :) Highly recommend!!!

Quality never runs out of fashion. In the historical city of Reims in a beautiful private park, one finds the appropriately named Le Parc Les Crayeres @domainelescrayeres (2 Michelins stars, 17.5 Gault Millau), steeped in tradition and class. Chef @christophemoret_ worked for the top and now helms a sister cuisine of @letaillevent with pure honest tastes and fresher than fresh ingredients. The real star of the show besides the stunningly pretty setting is the amazing wine list. 75,000 bottles await in the cellar and the list mentions all top champagne cuvées, plus an extremely deep collection of Bourgogne. We were pleased with a wonderful @domperignonofficial 2013 but the magical pairing of a 2014 white and 2009 red @bonneaudumartray was a true delight. This place simply can not be missed on any visit to the champagne region. Please consider a gift to yourself with a reservation to and a dining experience here. It will set the standard for any gourmet dining experience you may have at home and will remain a treasured memory moving forward. Be sure to book well in advance so as not to be disappointed should you travel through Reims and or Epernay France.

This restaurant was our first experience of a Michelin experience and it was not a disappointment. I am so glad I drove out from Paris to Reims to have this day of enjoyment with the country side and the smaller city that we had. I plan on taking on here again!

10/10Mind blowing and the meal of a lifetime - the best ways to describe this meal. From start to finish, everything was impeccable. We have never experienced service like this before and the food presentation was unbelievable. My only critique was that there is a dress code yet that was never mentioned at any point during the booking process. My husband had to use loaner pants which was uncomfortable. They handled it with a great deal of professionalism but it would have been so much better had we known.
