9.5/10I travel all over Europe for work, and Le Safran is buy far the best Indian I have been to anywhere!! I try and find excuses to travel to Geneva just so I can eat here. Food is always amazing and service is top notch. If you enjoy Indian food you must definitely make the time to visit.

4.5/10Average food, we tried a variety of plates. Service terrible: tried to cheat on the bill (we needed to ask to give us the menu to show the actual prices). Tried to cheat on discount that you get by booking with The Fork. First they said one dish wasn’t eligible then they said we are not eligible because “it’s the first time”. In the end they applied the discount after much insistence.

8/10We ordered chicken tikka which was a grill item not starter (we confirmed) and we only got 3 pieces and it was 21 francs!!! I have been a regular here so was disappointed to see the food taste is no longer authentic. The paneer curry and channa masala were too sweet. The naan were good though but i am unlikely to visit the restaurant again.

9/10Best Naan I’ve had so far. Everything was super delicious but there wasn’t as much chicken in the chicken dishes as I would’ve expected. Overall a really good indian restaurant and a great deal with the fork discount

8/10We had a lovely evening overall. The food quality is appropriate, but the portions are quite small, which is not a problem if you know it in advance. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't accept the restaurant card which is still listed on their page.

9/10fantastic little restaurant in the corner of a street. the food is great, the service impeccable. unfortunately the table outside is a bit noisy due to the street, but the restaurant obviously offers also a seating space inside, so it's not all bad.

8.5/10The food was very good. The service was excellent. Both the bottled beer and the mineral water are not nearly cold enough. At the exorbitant prices they charge, I would have thought they could at least turn the fridges down enough to cool the drinks down to an acceptable temperature. I chose a half-litre Feldschlösschen non-alcoholic beer (Fr. 5.-), which I thought was a reasonable price for Geneva. I was served an inferior brand, and only 1/3 litre, for the same price - no word of an apology - and the top half of the bottle was warm! Still mineral water was Fr. 9.- a bottle. The prices in nearby cafés are at about Fr. 7.50. The food portions are small, (not to say tiny) - I have never seen a rice portion smaller in any restaurant and by a very long margin... nowhere near a big as as the photo looks on the menu. The Kashmiri Naan (hardly any fruit etc. inside), was small - about the size of a normal Chapati, so you maybe need to order 3 (Fr. 27.-) if you are used to normal sized ones. Rice, think at least 2 portions per person (Fr. 10.-). Food quality = 9/10, food quantity = 5/10. With a 50% The Fork discount on à la carte food, the final bill may not be too shocking, although you're likely to leave the restaurant quite hungry. The main waiter was very friendly, efficient and couldn't do more for us, without being over-the-top. Do I recommend this restaurant? Despite the several misgivings I have, I CAN recommend this restaurant but maybe only for a very light lunch and only with The Fork's 50% discount offer.

9.5/10The food was delicious. The chicken was very delicate in the sauce, and the prawns were slightly overcooked but we told that to the waiter and I'm sure they'll take the feedback. I felt the beer that I got was spoiled but the waiter replaced it for me without any problem. The naan bread was amazing, hot and tasty. The service was excellent and very friendly. They helped us with our food choices, clearly with great care for our satisfaction. The food came quickly. Great value for money. I am definitely going to come back!

8.5/10The food was very good, service was ok but can definitely improve: they forgot about our drinks, cleared the table after appetizer and forgot to give us new cutlery. There was a mixup with our rice order which result in one of us starting to eat first than the others. Overall was a good experience but only because of the 50% discount we had with the fork, otherwise it would have been too expensive.
