Not the typical Spanish tapas at 4 to 7 € but great and refined food. Located off the central Arnhem which added only to our experience. Kind and efficient service

Found myself in Arnhem and decided to try Loca. Great decision. I went with the house red - fabulous - and the 5-course secret menu. At $80, I thought it was smashing value for money. I wished I lived here, it would be my local.

The food never disappoints, the staff is great. The only issue is finding availability on short notice. Guess more folks have figured out that this place is up and coming.

Alright, this review is weird because the experience was disappointing and I will not be back at this place, however, the taste and quality of the food was outstanding. While taste and service were great, the options were way limited and the portion size was nothing short of absurd. I'm a 1.60 tall woman who weighs 54 kilos and I'm a small eater, I left hungry,
