Found myself in Arnhem and decided to try Loca. Great decision. I went with the house red - fabulous - and the 5-course secret menu. At $80, I thought it was smashing value for money. I wished I lived here, it would be my local.

Alright, this review is weird because the experience was disappointing and I will not be back at this place, however, the taste and quality of the food was outstanding.
