This was the worst food and service we have had in our five weeks of traveling. No one seemed to know what they were doing. My husband ordered a beer when we sat down which came with his glass of wine when the dinner was served. I ordered a glass of Prosecco and a young lady showed up at the table with two empty wine glasses. Then, a waiter showed up with a glass of wine and a Prosecco while she was still trying to figure out what to do with the wine glasses. We both ordered the club sandwich, which was horrible. They put a fried egg on it without us asking for that and then proceeded to charge us for it, even though we both removed it and said we did not want it. His sandwich had minimal amount of meat, bacon, and tomato.The waiter we started with ultimately disappeared and sent someone else to present our bill. The only decent thing that we had were the bread rolls served at the beginning. We wish we had eaten at the food truck that we saw on our way to the restaurant.

There are times like that when everything goes wrong, i sincerelly would like to appologize about the bad experience you had in our premisses, that doesn't reflect the general image of the restaurant unfortunately. Regarding the young lady you are talking about, maybe you haven't seen the big red tag she has along with her name tag that said "on training". We are often taking trainees from catering schools in switzerland, because everyone need to start somewhere and as you may know, everyone doesn't take the same time to assimilate things. Regarding the club sandwich, there is no way my waiters didn't ask you about the fried egg inside, they don't assume but ask questions to the table. Maybe you were not in the best mood either that day and didn't pay attention when the waiter asked you the question. We visited Movenpick Geneva's restaurant on a very quiet Friday night for an early dinner before a very early morning flight the next day. We were staying nearby at the Holiday Inn Express and were happy it was so close. The service and meal were outstanding. We definitely would recommend this restaurant.

Always like this restaurant for ambiance, great Swiss dishes (mostly meat) with good presentation, and unexpectedly good and affordable Swiss wines. Visited it probably about 10 times by now. Service on February 28, 2024 was impeccable!

Nice wooden terrasse, very kind staff and tasty summer menu to enjoy a pleasant moment, don’t miss delicious and famous Mövenpick ice-cream.

Having to use the QR for our menu selection was pushing the restrictions a little too far !!! Unnecessary and frustrating for most guests !! It would be so simple to have paper menus for single use ….

I have not been to the restaurant for about six months, however, I found the reduced menu content pretty disappointing. Two of the persons in a party of three ordered expresso coffees after the meal and both were luke warm so I had to ask the waiter to replace them.

Very kind reception, attentive and professional service. The Tartare was well seasoned, the pasta with shrimps delicious and well presented, garnished with tomatoes and other fresh ingredients. Try the Malbec. I will come back.

Would have given it 5 stars Ordered the Caesar salad with salmon Salmon was cooked perfect but they had wayyyy too much fatty bacon on salad and too much dressing Service was excellent

Warm welcome and friendly staff but service was very slow. Meal good but portions minuscule (good thing we didn't order the small portions). They could benefit with turning up the heating when the restaurant is so empty, it was quite cold.

The breakfast manager was very very helpful, efficient and kind. The waiters and waitresses should also be commended for their joliness and good service. Their smiles, greetings and the cake with the lighted candle brought joy to our celebrant. Food on the buffet was ok but was expecting something more especial since we are in one of the best hotels in Geneva. The table arrangement could still be improved on to give a better ambience and yes more natural lights but not where one can see people smoking outside. On the whole the breakfast experience was good because of the welcoming attitude of the staff.

75% of clerks were nicely smiling when they served. That could be better, but sufficiently great. Frequency and tones of contacts were pleasantly good.
