We were not impressed with the food and you need more wait staff for the amount of people! The waitress was doing her best but you were running her ragged!

The food was delicious, the service was equally excellent. I felt very welcome and the food was delivered with lightning speed. I enjoyed every bit. I'd definitely return if I'm in the area.

I had a great evening having dinner at Origini; all the staff were very attentive and the dishes were truly delicious.

I went in with high expectations, having seen a menu online with many pasta alternatives that can be made plant-based. Sadly, in the end only gnocchi was possible - it was lovely but not what I hoped to be able to choose (their menu in the restaurant also mentions a plant-based option for a fresh pasta dish - even though it contains egg - so best to always ask). No vegan dessert options, either, but they did comp the espresso. So all in all a lovely experience as a solo diner, but disappointing from a vegan perspective.

Origini lived up to all the favorable reviews! The food, staff and service were excellent! The two pasta dishes were quite delicious; my wife had the Spaghetti alla Nerono and I had the Sardinian Spaghetti with Finnochietto. I also had the Peperone Stuffed with Melanzane, which was a vegetarian dish (and I'm definitely a carnivore) but I liked it very much. We ended with the tiramisu and ice cream and they gave my wife a special gift since it was her birthday. I highly recommend Origini, an outstanding Italian restaurant in Paris.

we were allocated to our table immediately. Nice settings, but tables are bit small and close to each other. The waiter was very attentive, helpful and smiley . Food was very delicious nicely presented and service is not slow.

We arrived on a stormy wintry mix night and the tables are very closely packed in this small restaurant. Even though we were the second table there - the order came slowly and surprisingly I think they did not spend time to make it properly. My pasta was al dente but lacked sauce - but did come with sardines and walnuts and raisins. So the flavors were good but a little more sauce would have been appreciated. My partner's pizza focaccia bread was undercooked so it was not crispy or even browned on the bottom. I saw them put it in the oven from my seat and it was in there for 2 minutes max. So perhaps 2 more minutes would have been perfect - personally I like the pizza crust to be crispy. It was soggy. The truffle toppings were very copious and they get the 8 points for the generous topping but no more. He actually wanted to give them 7.7. So close enough. We were so unimpressed with the dinner we did not order dessert and left. But incidentally the kir was 11 euro.

Pinza took 40 minutes to come after gnocchi and it was not a taste that we will remember. Definitely not worth for 20+ euros (even the size was not that big). Service was very polite but a bit slow.

Wonderful ambiance, very friendly staff, they do speak Italian! Dishes are wonderful, and price are super resonable. A hidden gem in the Charonne area!

Amazing starters. Highly recommend the bruschetta and slow cooked pork. Pasta can be a hit or miss (after two visits we liked two out of four of the pasta dishes), where the Pacchero stood out amongst them.

Excellent authentic Italian food in Paris. We ordered a steak tartare and carpaccio as starters followed by the lasagna and lobster paccheri.Desserts included a tiramisu and panna cotta. All excellent…but am a fan of a classic tiramisu with lots of mascarpone so this version whilst good ..could be better 😂. Service was both very friendly and professional. Overall a very good experience . Thank you 🙏

+1This was simply the best meal in Paris which is crazy since it’s Italian! But that’s my point- really really good food and service!! Yum!

Wonderful Italian restaurant in Paris. Small, but mighty. Food and service top notch. Owner from Sicily and you can tell. So authentic. Pasta homemade and fresh. Smoked beef tar tarre another winner. Highly recommend.
