A gem in the city of Gouda? Yes, absolutely Ter Govw lives up to its Michelin rating. Thoughtful menu with a delicate to bold taste progression, excellent wine parings, knowledgeable personal service, in an atmosphere that is less stuffy than most Michelin star restaurants I’ve experienced ( no jacket required). Our evening at Ter Govw was lovely. Looking forward to visiting again soon to experience what’s new on the menu.
