6/10The restaurant is Ok, since it is a restaurant in a hotel, it doesn’t have the look of a sofisticated restaurant like the photos, but more a restaurant at a hotel lobby. The food was OK. Nothing special. A place I will not return.

The service was good, I went alone and they consistently took care of me. I had the Portuguese seafood pasta and it was quite delicious with the perfect amount of salt. The bread was also excellent with the butter covered with gold. I would definitely visit again.

4.5/10Valentines menu: Appetizers ok. Oysters fresh. Ceviche without salt. Risotto average. Duck magret the worst… the desert was tragic… and it was supposed to be shared and we were not informed about it. 70€ each and was so bad… The service was too much but the attendants were nice. The room is nice and location is ok. Very disappointing, didn’t worth even half of what we paid.

Restaurante Aurea was fantastic. The service was very friendly and top notch. The food was really well prepared and artfully plated. This ended up being our favorite restaurant we visited in Lisbon. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

7/10The ambiance is fantastic, the staff is the best l have seen in years. However, the food is disappointing: portions are ridiculously small (like the famous cliche of french restaurants); we all left starving after paying above 30 euros per person. Besides the stingy portions, overall quality was just average.

8.5/10We enjoyed the meal mostly but as there were no options that were lactose friendly it was suggested I order the cod and skip the sauce. I had been enjoying bacalhau throughout our trip at all our restaurant meals and when our server waxed enthusiastic about the cod, we chose it as one of our mains and the asparagus risotto as the other. Sadly the cod dish wasn’t necessarily the best dish on the menu, as flavours were a bit off. Other than that, the risotto was nice although it didn’t feel like the asparagus was star of the show. We also had the veal tournedos which were probably the best dish of the evening. The sweet ending of millefeuille was perfect - being lactose intolerant, I tasted just the flaky layer of pastry and it was caramel deliciousness!

5.5/10The cooking of the octopus pas not good, then the dishes we took were fine but nothing amazing. We were surprised that this restaurant was evaluated at 9.6 since the service and the food were way lower Lisbon standards compared to other 9ish rated fork restaurants

8/10the main problem was the slowness of service. We waited at least 50 minutes for our starter to arrive and by the time the main course came we had a vowed not to have dessert. the food itself was very good. The starters were excellent, but we shared a Fish course whose prawn was overcooked and the grouper was slughtly overdone. We asked them for a wine suggestion and they came up with something very good and reasonably priced.

10/10Everything was superb from the moment we stepped into this jewel box in the Baixa district located in The Art Legacy Hotel. Beautiful, charming and calming interiors. Reception from the hostess, servers and our waiter was friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. We had the lunch tasting menu starting with a cod amuse bouche in a seafood tart crust. My main course was a sea bream in a seaweed purée which was excellent. I just wish there was more!! My husband had the venison au jus perfectly cooked with seasonal vegetables. It was one of the best meals we have had in Lisbon. Everything from the bread, butter and olive oil are made in house. We brought home a couple of bottles of their excellent extra virgin olive oil and look forward to enjoying it. Our waiter Tiago was the best, attentive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with him. I highly recommend you have this experience. It is definitely at least worth a try. We plan to return.
