This is a very nice place to be in family and have a good meal. The service is good and staff is very warm and welcoming and dishes are rich and flavorful. The view is what caught our attention and is something to highlight aside of the service and food.

I am often a solo diner and although the experience shouldn’t be any different it often is. The good things were: 1. I had a really good table right by the windows so had a spectacular view 2. The size of the tables were really generous 3. The price of the food and drink was good and I was permitted to take away the remainder of my bottle of wine 4. The cod and orange croquettes were a different take but were served with a tomato sauce which I thought slightly odd The things that could have been better were: 1. I wasn’t asked to taste the wine (it had a cork not screw top) 2. After the first glass no one topped my wine up 3. The traditional pork dish could have had some more sauce / gravy

The Parador never disappoints with an interesting range of local products and dishes, expertly prepared. The service is exemplary- efficient but welcoming- and the views from the Parador over Segovia on the opposite side of the river are second to none.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food was great. However, our overall experience would have been better had the waitstaff been friendlier, but still worth the visit!

The view is great and spectacular! The service was ok. The food was really variable. Some dishes were nice, but the signature suckling pig was too oil and not so tasty.
