Amazing atmosphere, with very impressive lights show. Perfect service and the best place to come back and watch a Friday or Saturday’s night show! Food was great and the robots are very funny initiative.

The Estaçao Menina Bonita manages to fail spectacularly on every front: poor service, subpar food, inflated prices, and atrocious management. To top it off, we had booked our reservation under an agreement for a 50% discount on our meal - a small consolation for what turned out to be an awful experience. However, when it came time to pay, we were only given 30% off instead of the agreed-upon 50%. We had to request this discount explicitly because it wasn’t applied automatically, which felt like yet another slap in the face. To make matters worse, when the bill arrived, the server didn’t even ask if we wanted to leave a gratification - an assumption that felt presumptuous given the abysmal service. It’s a testament to how many things can go wrong in a dining experience. Save your time, money, and digestive health by avoiding this establishment at all costs. The only thing this restaurant serves up consistently is disappointment.

Food is good but not impressive. Host and many of the employees are not prepared to service customers who speak other language than Portuguese. At least the host should be prepared to speak in English or Spanish. Also, they don’t have sufficient parking space.

My 2 visit. Overrated dinner. Prices are too much for the quality and flavor. It is worth the ambiance, robots with food, and live music. A place you go once per year.

Great atmosphere even though the restaurant wasn’t that much busy on a Saturday afternoon ! I believe people like to go more for dinner! The food was fine .. convert a bit expensive compared to the quantity , they have quite an impressive menu though !

Very nice space with great atmosphere but unfortunately the robots wasn’t working in the day we went and because of this some of the experience was lost. The food was ok, nothing special, the presentation was good but it was overpriced for the quality, the fries for example came not warm but the waitress was really nice to change it quickly. The drink was good. The service was 5 stars

By far one of the best overall experiences we ever had on a restaurant. It's actually more than just a restaurant, it is a complete experience from food to music, entertainment, great staff and ambience. Definitely recommend!

Maybe a nice place to go out to show off but surely not a place I’d come back to, as it does not suit my vibe at all! Service was slow, some of the technological devices didn’t work (particularly in the toilet), robots are pretty useless to be fair, music is loud as can be and gets extremely uncomfortable, food is truly disappointing and pricy, location is very shabby. A definite no for me!

this is definitively a novelty restaurant with great experience and lovely food. Be hungry because you will want to eat a lot of different dishes. It is tasty and nicely presented with a lot of flavours. Everything is a experience even the toilet. You have to go there to know what I'm talking about. Certainly a unique world wide experience with such a great food. We will be back.

I will say that the concept is nice and it's a superb technological place, and the show is great better go there with a group of friends , in our case it was in family and there is not or almost nothing for kids , I mean food + it's noisy , even without music , waitress was obliged to repeat and ask again again and again ....and most of our dishes , drinks and queries were wrong so yes , new experience , new style of restaurant but next time only with a couple of friends not with the kids and in family

It was very DISAPPOINTING.... the place was awesome and the food ok but the staff TERRIBLE. We waited long time for our order to be taken. The waiter just ignored our call so many times that it was purely annoying. In the moment we wanted to order what to eat, someone else told the kitchen was closed, but in reality it was a lie. Also, they didn't bother to clean the table, no napkins, I had to request and just brought 2 when we were 6. And the end .. purely SAD we didn't even finished and out of nowhere I received the bill!! If this is how you choose to make the people feel you should close the business or pick the staff who really want to work properly and not to ruin and experience that could been nice.

Everything was nice but the idea is for the robot to serve you. That wasn’t very clear. The robot only brings the food from the kitchen and then a person runs over to give you the food. Drinks are overpriced. €4 for a Nespresso coffee. I love the idea but we were the only customers at 10am for brunch. All attention on us !

+1This was an awesome experience. We are part of an IT company and anything AI or out of the norm is just perfect. Food was spot on, service spot on, overall ambiance great. Highly recommend for the experience. Pricey but worth it.

This restaurant is a unique and extraordinary experience, full of wow effects. The robots are super cool, as are the light shows, the waterfall and the music. The food was tasty and with high quality ingredients. It's a destination restaurant well worth the trip.

Music too loud, maybe because it was lunch time and the restaurant was quite empty.. food arrived cold (increase robot speed maybe? :)) ) Staff very Pleasant. Environment very interesting and cool
