10/10We enjoyed a wonderful dinner sitting at a nice outside table. Sipped a beautiful local wine all served by friendly knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.

9.5/10The food and service is good. Its a pity when you sit outside for dinner that shoppers are allowed to walk between the tables. I would recommend closing one entrance to make this less appealing.

Lovely restaurant, a cut above most as part of a top end hotel. Server was very chatty and friendly and the food lovely. Yes there’s cheaper but worth paying a bit more for quality. Went to rooftop bar after dinner which was lovely with a great view of the castle

9/10Food was terrific and the service very good. The reduced point was because we booked with a 20% discount via The Fork and only realised afterwards that we hadn't received this. Slightly annoying/disappointing but will still.return.

8/10Very good and unique appetizers. Paella with shrimp and cuttlefish also very good, but a bit of green on top would have made it look more appetizing. White Verdejo good but lacked a little fruit, perhaps an old bottle. Almansa monastrell very good indeed.

10/10Beautiful restaurant. Lots of cool and classic charm. I think it’s part of a hotel but it looks super posh. We had the garlic prawns and the guineafowl Caesar salad to start. I think the guineafowl was the best I’ve ever tasted. We had the seafood paella for main. It was a bit salty but they brought out lemons and some mayonnaise to help quell the salt. We had a very nice bottle of rosé to wash it all down with, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Lovely service and a really lovely waitress that made the difference. I definitely recommend coming here as one of the finest restaurants in Alicante. Looking forward to going back our next visit to Spain

3.5/10Not sure where to start with this one. This was the worst octopus I've had in my life. It was severely undercooked and bland. The sea bass my partner had was also not seasoned at all and the sauce wasn't complimenting the fish in any way. The waiters were fake and condescending. The only good thing was the port wine we ordered. Oh, and the interior was nice too. So to sum up, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you really want to hate yourself. You deserve better in such a beautiful city.

8.5/104th visit. Extremely good wines, from 1996 Fondiææon to whites and younger reds. Food very original. Some extremely tasty, some only close to perfection. You simply have to try food you cannot make at home.

7.5/10Food is nice, however most portions are 'homeopathic' (i.e. quite small) in size. The waiter although friendly seemed distraught. The restaurant belongs to a hotel, thus the seating was outside, in a sort of passage way - not really our favourite. With some portion resizing (on the most generous side), this could be a good option, however on the unjustified expensive side.

10/10A beautiful place, service and kitchen. In the Center of Alicante, we felt alone, like in small oasis. The food was really well done, I wouldnt be surprise If it recieve at least 11points to Gault and Millaud The service was quick and perfectly manage. That said, next time we will come to Alicante, we will definitly stay at the hôtel, hopping the service is the same. Thank you for the experience.

10/10We stumbled upon this restaurant one lunchtime and we were so impressed we returned for dinner two days later. The food was amazing on both occasions. The staff were really helpful with our wine selection as well as advising on the dishes. We could not fault the ambience. I didn’t want the experience to end Thank you Fondillon

8.5/10Lovely outdoor area though I was there early and atmosphere was lacking. Food was tasty and well presented. Fillet steak was on small side with minimal accompaniments but adequate for my appetite. Not sure it would be enough for a man however at €30.
