8/10the service was amazing, especially considering I had a small dog. the food itself was good, but I expected the seafood rice (Ericeira) to be better it lacked salt and had for too many herbs which impacted the ability to taste the actual seafood which was of very good quality.

6.5/10Slow service. No ambience music. Portions are small. The rice of all dishes was overcooked. Their pizzas looked good. The ERICEira dish that is detailed as being a seafood rice, crab and tiger shrimp consists of a tomate and pepper rice with a spoon of crab and 1 prawn. The desserts are no better as they are very sweet and the flavours don't mix well. I had mentioned on the booking that it was my mother's birthday but not even a happy birthday did she receive from staff. I do not recommend this restaurant, especially as there are so many good restaurants in Ericeira. Give this one a miss.

Beautiful restaurant- service was nice but the food was not what we expected for the price - even with the 30% off. Would not recommend the pizza but the gnocchi !

6/10Food was very good for a hotel restaurant, but the service team needs to support each other better. They seem to work alone not helping each other out when its busy. We were offered dessert menus which we received 20 minutes later. Our waiter was really nice, but was servicing rooms to while others just stood around.

7/10The service was knowledgeable and friendly. The ambience was very nice. presumably because I was dining sola they seated me all alone in a back room. I would’ve preferred to be with other diners, but perhaps there wasn’t space?. The waiter needed a reminder to bring water but when he finally did, he said it was on the house. Asked for a recommendation on food and the waiter recommended the seafood rice. The flavor was fine, but the tiger shrimp was very overcooked.

10/10Our favorite restaurant, the food is very good and great service. For our second time there we had a nice surprise as 1 of our cocktail it seems was forgotten and brought to us very late, checking the bill later we noted we have not been charged for it. It was a nice commercial gesture as we did not complain or ask for anything. We highly recommend.
