Everything was just perfect! I went there to celebrate my marriage anniversary. The environment was so romantic, the atmosphere was so peaceful and amazing. The service, the food, everything was just perfect.

Great restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff attentive and helpful. We had one gluten free guest with us and the restaurant were great at accommodating this without making them standout. Look forward to dining here again.

The Santo Thomas is in the Parador Alcala but accessible from outside. The staff are friendly and the service good. A range of dishes with regional flavours. The first course is ample, but the mains must be had as they are equally delicious. To recommend such a place is very easy. The wine waitress was knowledge and the choice she made admirable. Eat, Enjoy.

The Food was heavy and almost tasteless, definitely not worth the bill we paid. This was probably the reason why the place was empty. The service, instead, was amiable and quick.

Meal was correct except that I had tu return my rice dish because it wasn't cooked enough, no apologies or anything. Also there was no mention at the time of booking that the main attraction of the restaurant, the views to the patio, was closed as the patio is being refurbished, it would've been nice to know beforehand.

Any remnants of the original historical monument are not much evident in the modern design and artwork of the restaurant and hotel lobby! A facsimile ancient Bible is nicely displayed.
