6.5/10We were at 1 pm, at the opening time. All the staff was not ready and distracted, low quality service. Food was not bad, but not much excellent. I was staying in the Paradore, so the view was not much of a plus factor. The staff made the ambience awful. Will visit the Paradore next time, but not the restaurant.

9.5/10Even if the food quality were poor, luncheon or dinner at the Parador would nevertheless be highly worthwhile, if just for the ambience and breathtaking views of Toledo from the parador's high perch. But our meal was indeed superb from start to finish. If you are arriving to Toledo by motorcar a delicious manchegan meal and an admiration of the world class view, makes this restaurant an almost mandatory first stop before winding down into the city proper.

9.5/10Excellent view of Toledo, especially at night with the city all lit up. The restaurant was tranquil, nice dinner music, food was original and delicious. Only recommendation is to improve the waiters table setting skills - spilled olive oil on the nice table cloth before we got started eating, but were very knowledgeable about the dishes.

10/10Our wedding anniversary needed a special celebration. We’d chosen to stay in the old city, but took a taxi out to the Parador to dine on the beautiful terrace with its spectacular panorama of Toledo. We enjoyed excellent regional dishes and wine, and service was friendly and very efficient. All-round outstanding.

5.5/10the restaurant is traditional with green velvet chairs and the view is spectacular. but: wine list very unsatisfying, lots of cheap supermarket style wines. we wanted to order a champagne. not obe bottle in their cellar! need to update the wine list. no peppermill or fresh salt! food ok but not very good, only desert was great! and the service was very nice. try marzapan sponge cake with azafran ice cream!!

9/10The service was excellent, the menu was rather limited with a lack of vegetables and salads. The deserts were unexceptional. The restaurant has the most wonderful view especially from the window tables

10/10We were staying at the Parador our last nights before flying home and this was our final dinner. Lovely view of Toledo across the river from the Parador. The service was impeccable and our meals were superb. A very nice little splurge.

10/10The food was excellent and the hostess/waitress accommodated our desire to sit by the window with the view of Toledo. I recommend the scallops, my husband had the steak and enjoyed it immensely. Everything was wonderful.

10/10Amazing view and amazing service - make sure to go in time to watch the sunset and the nighttime view of breathtaking Toledo. The food was fantastic too.

9.5/10Always located in superb locations, El Parador de Toledo, is confirming the rule. Amazing view, great food, not that expensive. This is our 3 Parador restaurant in 3 weekends in a row and we are looking forward to the new one.

10/10The experience at the Restaurant of Toledo´s Parador was excelent. The food was delicious, the service was great and the ambiance/music was was perfect. I highly recomment to make a reservation here to enjoy a lovely dinner, a great spanish wine while enjoying the best view of Toledo. I would definitely repeat the experience. The best way to reach the Parador is by car/taxi as it is not walking distance from Toledo.

10/10We have visited many paradores and although we love the hotels, the rooms and the locations, the restaurants are not always on par in terms of ambiance and/or food quality. This one however has it all - and the restaurant is wonderful in every way. Great ambiance, great service, excellent food. Well done, we will definitely be back!

7.5/10Normally the Parador offers good food. This time the cannelloni was lukewarm. Bit disappointing as one expect a restaurant in this price bracket to be able to handle the microwave properly.

9/10The food in the restaurant was really excellent. The ambience is fantastic. From the terrace you have a spectacular view of Toledo in the evening sun while you are eating. Unfortunately, the service was apparently a bit overwhelmed. So we had to reorder drinks several times because they weren't brought. Nevertheless, a visit to this restaurant is a must if you want to have a great evening in Toledo.

5/10Food very poor indeed.Fish part overlooked and partly raw.Tried to pretend it was Turbot when it was Hale, completely different fish and taste.Oven chips!

9/10Quite a view!！ Different mannar of a traditional expensive square serviced restaurant. It's friendly rather than formal. I think it cozy. Food is very good quality. Gapacho is a best choice as a starter!!
