Everything very good

Air conditioning was too strong ( had to get a sweater). Steak was very good and sides were also good. Dessert was mediocre ( pavlova ). Wine excellent!

Went on rainy lunchtime - Antonio made some excellent suggestions. The food was lovely and couldn’t fault the food. Unfortunately we were the only ones in so ambience was marked lower but overall an excellent meal

The waiter kindly accommodated my gluten intolerance by serving gluten-free bread and sauces. But he forgot to mention that the potatoes were made with flour. When I questioned him, he admitted his mistake, but it was too late to avoid the worst symptoms. To add insult to injury, we did not receive the 50% discount which appeared when we booked. Hidden way down in the reservation confirmation email (and in a much less prominent colors) was written something to the affect of "you don't get any discount". Lastly (and definitely least relative to the above issues), our request for a spot by the window was not fulfilled. So neither the food nor the service nor the price nor the ambience met our quite normal expectations.

Our evening at Peppers Steakhouse was truly outstanding from start to finish. I had the grilled chicken with vegetables and the most exquisite dauphinoise potatoes I have ever tasted — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. My son enjoyed the burger, which he described as one of the best he has ever had. The service was impeccable throughout — warm, attentive, and genuine. A special thank you for the thoughtful gesture of the bottle of wine, which complemented our meal beautifully. We also tried The Idol cocktails, which were an absolute delight and a real highlight of the evening. I’ve dined in many fine restaurants, but Peppers Steakhouse stands out for its combination of exceptional food, flawless service, and inviting atmosphere. A memorable experience we will definitely be returning for.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The cuisine was of the highest quality, refined in both flavour and presentation. Service was impeccable, attentive yet discreet, while the atmosphere combined elegance with comfort. Excellent value for money with the discount available through The Fork. Even the simplest dishes were elevated through delicate seasoning and thoughtful preparation. Every element came together seamlessly, making the experience truly memorable.

Amazing food with the best service. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were like cutting butter. For dessert we chose the "crumble to share". It was like something we'd never seen before, with the ice cream being made at the table! A real experience and a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable meal and evening.
