This is the second time that I’ve eaten at this restaurant the first time the service was a lot better not I’m saying the service was bad we just didn’t seem to have the same waiter all the time so we were served by three different people. The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful with helping you to make the right choice. I took some friends who had never eaten at this restaurant before and they really enjoyed it. The ambience is brilliant It’s a rooftop restaurant with inside and outside dining It was a sunny day so we could sit outside. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Sevilla I would definitely recommend this restaurant The Food is outstanding.

Upon arrival we were waiting outside of what seemed to be a closed restaurant. We were then ushered in by a receptionist of the hotel. There were about four different bookings waiting outside. We were take up in the lift (not to the Recoveco restaurant we had booked) and seated outside in 10 degrees weather. At no point did we request an outside time. Others were take into a glass lined room on the terrace but we were told it was fully booked. At this point nobody was in there bar two tables. They lit a gas heater which just helped. This booking was misleading from the beginning. We understood we booked the restaurant on the ground floor (which Recoveco above the window). The downside is the delicious food served was freezing cold. I left my chateaubriand because it just became too cold to eat. Service was good, Vega Sicilia wine was good. I wouldn't book again because it seems there is no way to choosing where you sit.

we took the special (Valentine's) and Tuna testing menus. Tuna was a bit repetitive. The other testing menu was excellent. The views are unbeatable and the service was excellent. Highly recommended. Important - we sat at the rood top.

We picked assorted croquetas, the Iberian pork, french toast and grandma's cake. All dishes were impeccably done, the pork particularly was amazing. The service was perfect and the view over the town is also a great asset for this restaurant. Would recommend, 10/10

The food is correct. The atmosphere is warm. But... The entrance door was closed; there was no sign directing us to go through the hotel; it was as if they wanted us to miss the entrance. We were seated at a wobbly table a meter from the toilet door, which didn't close properly, while other, less poorly located tables remained empty all evening. We could hear the toilets running. We had pre-ordered two tasting menus online... but upon arrival, we were told they weren't available. I ordered "Gambas" (prawns). I was expecting large, firm, golden tropical prawns. Instead, I received a canteen-style plate of scrawny, mushy shrimps. When I booked through TheFork, I hesitated between the 8-course tasting menu promotion and the 20% discount on the à la carte menu. Ladies and gentlemen, if you decide to go for it, take the 20% discount. Because when you book the tasting menu, they tell you it's no longer available... and they charge you 100% on the à la carte menu. In short, disappointing.

The restaurant had no atmosphere. The starter we had was nice. Both of our mains were hugely disappointing. We didn’t eat much of them. Overall very disappointing.

Hidden gem tucked away on roof of a hotel with spectacular views. Food area however is a little cramped and when we arrived we were initially asked to squeeze ourselves into a tight space between another large group table and a partition. Five minutes in we all realised that was not going to work so things were rearranged but I did wonder given occupancy of tables being low whether different arrangements might work better for all. Food was good and service prompt in general but wine was too warm initially although some time in an ice bucket took care of that. Excellent veggie burger and great Seville torrijo dessert which was enough for two of us. It was raining so we didn’t linger on the terrace although there didn’t seem to be a bar area set up, although we may have missed it as no one was sitting outside due to weather.

This meal was the worst meal we had in Spain. Ordered creamy rice to share and it wasn’t creamy, it was served in a broth. The tuna in the rice tasted fishy and the croquettes were oily. Neither my husband or I could eat more than a few bites. This was our last dinner of our trip and left us super disappointed.

The best dining experience in beautiful Seville so far, thanks to a powerful combination of a super spectacular location, great food and the amazing service of our waitress Belen. I was there for my girlfriend's birthday dinner and everyting was well beyond expectacions. Simply...AMAZING!

Maria was an amazing host. And she suggested tuna tartar which was too good. Must visit if you need good food and full city view

Extremely slow kitchen took almost 2 hours to get a starter. even tho the restaurant is empty. Very average food as well.

Really good restaurant with beautiful views. I’m always a bit hesitant when the view is the main selling point as the food tends to suffer, but the food and service was excellent!
