We was excited to get to the restaurant! When we arrived the ambient was nice and comfortable. Quite soon we notice that the maine waitress (Valter) was really rude against his staff. After we search the discussion with him, we had to notice that he ist not even rude against his staff as also against his customers! We will not recommend this location!

Seated shortly after we arrived. Felt welcomed to be there. Food and wine selection very good. Food was prepared and served with perfection.

Steak was amazing. Service was lacking a little polish, but ok. Asparagus was very tough and our fries were cold.

Impeccable service and ambience. However, I was quite disappointed to be charged for sides. I mean, if I am spending 80 EUR on a steak, the sides should be complimentary like every other steakhouse in the world. The highlight for me was the friendliness of the staff. They obviously love what they do.

We ordered the 500g ribeye. The meat was tender and had good flavor. The steak arrived under-cooked and did not have color or char. We sent the steak for a bit more cooking and the problem was resolved. The truffle fries were tasty but arrived cold. ( which were taken off the bill) The service was good and the restaurant is elegant with brick vaulted ceilings. This place could be really excellent but they need a bit more attention to getting the food right the first time.

Food nice but doesn't justify the price.Small portions. The young man that served us was very polite. We were supposed to have the 30% that fork provides. They didn't apply it when they brought the check. I asked them to apply the discount, something they did. Many hidden or unclear costs. In the end they kept the check, so I can't tell what we actually paid for.

RIB Beef & Wine Lisboa is excellent. Warm, attentive service, beautifully presented dishes, and standout flavors, especially the cauliflower appetizer, which was exceptional. Fair pricing for the quality and experience. Absolutely worth a visit.

May look expensive at first look but it's worth it. I tried the burger and it was very good.

The food was exceptional, the meat was amazing as well as the starters and the desserts. The service was impeccable and the ambience truly unique.

From the moment we walked in we were treated very well. The food was incredible the wine was delicious. We were a large group of 10 and they had 3 servers helping with our table. I highly recommend this restaurant.

+1My first choice for Christmas dining anywhere. The food at Rib is always superb, the service always first-class, and the venue is not noisy. Therefore it is possible to converse at a civilised volume with one’s dinner companions throughout the entire evening. And of course the restaurant’s central location makes it easy to reach by taxi, including for guests with mobility issues.

The service was extremely slow! The staff was nice, but it took us almost 2h to have the main dishes on the table!

We were well received and given a nice private window table by the manager .The waiterwho was pleasant took our order promptly . However the prawn starter was tasteless and told the waiter when he asked with little reaction other than to say the steak would be better .Unfortunately it was not and for a T bone ,rather tasteless and chewy .Drinks were fine but for an upmarket steakhouse ,rather disappointing food .

Booked this restaurant on the strength of The Fork and Trip Advisor reviews. The place had a nice ambience. Service was fine if a little rushed, but the food was a huge let down. My partner ordered the Aged Entrocote Steak and asked for it to be cooked medium. It wasn’t cheap at 35 euros and it felt cheeky to be asked to pay a further 5 euros for fries on top of that. The steak when it came was nearer rare than medium and nearly half of it was fat and gristle. It really felt that the restaurant had decided that as we were clearly tourists and had a 30% reduction from The Fork that we should be given the worst cut of meat they had. We won’t return
