10/10The venue was beautiful and comfortable, and the food was great, as was the service. Rib Beef and Wine was a definite highlight of our Portugal travel and dining options.

8/10Amazing service Well curated wine list I come from generations of US cattle ranchers, so my tastes may be biased. Steaks were cooked to temp but did not have the expected tenderness and depth of flavor

2/10My wifes steak had to go back as it was overcooked. They took the sides away and then didn’t return them until we chased them. Service was bad, no one checked on us after the second steak arrived and then left us with empty plates for ages until we asked for the bill. Staff were brusque and ignored us.

5.5/10Very pretty restaurant and fairly quiet to enjoy the ambience with your company. Service was very slow to non-existent. Our server was pretty unpleasant when we were actually able to get his attention. Ordered three sauces, got two, ordered two desserts, got one. Certain, very basic, menu items unavailable. Quality of meat was far below what we are used to. Overall, I would not recommend.

10/10It is always an absolute pleasure to dine here. Superb food, excellent service, and at the moment the festive decorations for Christmas. I know I can bring anyone to Rib & they are guaranteed to enjoy themselves too. One of my favourite restaurants in the world!

6.5/10The server quickly snatched my credit card and tapped for payment and gave himself a tip he truly did not deserve I did not put up a fuss because I was going on a flight the next day and did not want to stress myself out I hope someone slaps that guy in the face one day

10/10Yes, it was expensive. But it was worth it. The steak tartare was beautifully cut and seasoned perfectly. The chuleton was grilled to perfection and full of flavor. Front of the house are charming and professional with good attention for detail.

8.5/10Beautiful restaurant, good and tasty food but very expensive. On Fork it says average 20 euros per person but we paid 210 euros for 4 persons. ( no deserts, just entrance and main course), that is over 50 euros per person, and the food doesn’t justify this amount.

8/10Good food and service and a nice place to eat ruined by a range of service charges that increased our bill from 146 to 202 Euros. There was a cover charge plus an 18% service charge plus another big charge we didn't understand at all. Its the only restaurant we have visited that made these kind of charges.

8/10The appetizers, wine, and service were great. Yet, were served the wrong meal. Something similar, but the meat was not cooked to our specifications which was a big deal for me since I like my meat well cooked and it was medium rare at best. The side we got with the meal was as excellent even though it was not what we ordered. Our server told us that they had been having issues that day and comped us a couple of glasses of wine and dessert to make up.

5.5/10Cold and stiff meat. Very disappointed with this experience. Meal saved by the good company, wine and desert. They charge 10% 'optional' tip on the bill that's not legal in Portugal. Totally not worth the meal and expirience.

7.5/10The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and the food very good, our host Ana was very attentive, but the same cannot be said of her colleague who did the table service, she took a long time with the service and did not have any attention, we ordered a champagne that would have served in a wine glass if we had not ordered flutes, and the attitude was not the best, she said loudly to her colleague “they want flutes”, I don’t know if it was the decoration of the restaurant, but the flutes were not all from the same “family”… to improve

10/10A great place for meat lovers. The service is impeccable, the eye for details is one of the main reasons to come back. Chuleton and Tomahawk were grilled perfectly, desserts heavenly and the wine was divine.

8/10We enjoyed the food and the ambience. It is expensive. Pretty much all beef as you might expect. Apparently they don't have take-out and had to scramble a bit to let us take out our remaining food home. We asked for the to include the sauces - twice! - and they did not. it's very expensive.

5.5/10Disappointing. I had had dinner in that same place in April The food was better and the service warmer. This time, the meat was of lesser quality, there was barely one Shrimp in the ceviche at 21€ the plate. The service was very cold. When prices are so high it’s not the service and the quality we expect. The place itself and decoration remains beautiful. Si it’s a shame

9.5/10It's expensive according to Portuguese standards, but the quality is outstanding. The croquettes with the heavenly smoked onion sauce, the steak tartare, the Dice de Ovo and most of all the chuleton. Everything was prepared with care and we had a wonderful experience. Staff is attentive and professional

4/10Tourist trap! Should be expert on meat, but they served us meat that was overcooked, not very impressive . They played a football game on screens all over the restaurant, we did not know that it was more like a sports bar, so a miss booking for us!

5.5/10too expensive for the quality. drinks poorly done, starters are acceptable, the steak are good, the desserts are also acceptable. service was bit dissatisfying, too long to full fill some requests. the room was bit hot and a bit too dark.
