4.5/10The restaurant could use some improvement. Our seating area lacked fresh air, and it was a bit crowded with 20 people in a small room. We would have appreciated a more breathable space. The food was decent, but the overall experience was affected by the conditions.

8.5/10The ambiance is perfect! But it is not well enough clean. I have seen the waiter who exit from WC and didn’t wash his hands. Also when you are going to book a table by the fork which is included %30 discount didn’t accepted by the restaurant.

10/10There was a group of 11 of us who landed from Washington DC as cabin crew and wanted to celebrate my colleague's birthday before returning back to Washington the next day and we booked Ricotta & Parmesan through the fork and had a wonderful time! Food was great, service was great, place was clean, prices for everything was reasonable, and we didn't have to wait long for anything! I would absolutely come again!

6/10The food tasted a bit like plastic, which is a bit weird. Also, the tomato sauce seemed to come directly from the jar, not cooked, spiced, nothing.. it was sour and not tasteful at all. I would have taken pizza if only I knew.

6/10I've always loved going to R&P, I've been going there for years. The vibe is very cosy and romantic. However, lately my experience with the service is not as great as it used to be. The staff seem to be younger and younger and don't know how to properly serve; the service is also much slower than usual.. even to just be seated I sometimes have yo wait several minutes whilr seeing a lot of staff members doing nothing (not even during rush hours but at the opening of the restaurant, I usually book for 18h30.) and I am more and more brought to complain about the sizes of each dish (the servings are too little and this is coming from a person that doesnt usually eat big servings , I can't believe that I ate at R&P and left still hungry!) I hope this can be viewed as constructive criticism, I love this restaurant and wish I could have the excellent experience I used to have a couple of years back!!

7/10The place is nice and food was quite good, but it was full and we had to sit next to the entrance, it was very unpleasant to have people waiting for tables standing right next to us eating. At some point one customer put her purse on our table 😅 It's probably better to avoid busy time slots because the food was not bad.

6.5/10They didn’t seem to manage intolerances fine. They advertise themselves as gluten-free friendly, but seldom have 1-2 choices. Lactose intolerance is beyond their reach; we specifically stated cheese-free salad and main course of pasta and there both came with Parmesan all over the plates. Pizzas are delicious, and signature carbonara sauce is top level. Prices w/o wine in the range of €30/person is ok. I noticed tourists only, It didn’t seem to be a preferred spot for locals. They don’t have baby chairs.

2.5/10This is my third visit to the restaurant! The first two times were awesome, so took my friends. Very much disappointed with food. We ordered pasta & margherita pizza. Pasta is half cooked and very hard to bite. The tomato sauce smelt bad and had feeling is tomato is uncooked both in pasta & pizza. Asked for help, to cook a bit more but nothing changed ! Very very disappointed! Have always been a fan but now I’m thinking not to visit again!

5.5/10This was our 4th time for dinner at this restaurant. Each year we visit Brussels for the Christmas Markets I make a reservation. I even recommended the restaurant to friends who visited Brussels in May. I was really disappointed this time though. The service was so rushed - everyone was running around. It also seemed that there were so many different people serving us: 1 gave us menus, a different person took our order, someone else brought our food and then we paid a totally different person. The food is pricey too. We had 2 pasta dishes with just sauce, 2 Coke Zero, and the price came out to 43 euro + tip. For the past 3 weeks, we’ve been eating in restaurants in Berlin, cologne, Hamburg, Vienna, and Budapest and in comparison, this was a bit excessive for what we got.

6.5/10Dinner took over an hour. A ton of waiters but attention to tables is lacking… they need less runners and more people checking out tables. We had to multiple times stop multiple people to get attention. This is not the first time that good food was eclipsed by terrible service.

9/10It's a very cozy restaurant, right in the middle of Brussels. One pizza was enough for 2 people ( if you're hungrier I would recommend a starter). There have a variety of drinks. The only downside was we had the reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes to be attended. Would recommend!

8.5/10A little gem in Brussels. Husband and I loved the resto. The pizza’s were exquisite. It was a bit loud where we have been seated, we could barely hear each other. Only remark is that we got an ordered plate with a different type of pasta than what we have ordered because the kitchen was out of it. We would’ve appreciated being told beforehand instead of changing the pasta type and getting served. We returned the plate! Other than that, servers were friendly and attentive. Definitely going back there again!

6/10It was our first visit we had a reservation but we were seated in back empty dining area with poor air circulation . We ordered a caprese salad that was very good - we shared a entree orzo with prosciutto and were charged 39$ which was quite pricey for a dinner plate size serving . A little disappointing Cute atmosphere but need to sit toward front of restaurant . Servers were good but our food was average .

5.5/10We got different wine than ordered, however the check showed price of the one which we ordered. Pasta was served cold. Risotto was good. Some deserts are missing, but you only find it out after placing the order, and then they also appear on the bill. Overall impression is not great and I don't think I'll be coming back.

9/10Food was superb. This is our second visit - disappointing as the ovens weren’t working so no garlic bread or pizzas available and no Caprese salad available. The restaurant is very warm and we left early due to this. Worth the trip for the good though !
