The atmosphere at Ris8tto was warm and inviting, making it a lovely place to enjoy a meal. The dishes were absolutely delicious, Overall, Ris8tto offered a wonderful dining experience that I would happily recommend.

We ordered a puzza and a solomillo de pork (sorry forgot de name), with a gorgonzola sauce. It tasted good and the make up of the plate was good. I mean for the kind of establishment it was ok, for sure… and so was the pizza… it was not bad at all, but ok… but… it was fukk with ingredients…. Nowadays, you can count the ham slices or mushrooms… but here… plenty of it…. I just missed that… little thing… But if you ate walking around or shopping in the center of VLC… it is a good option to crash and have some food/drinks, as it is located only 150 - 200 mts. from the Plaza de Toros Valencia and the trainstation/Station del tren VLC Nord! And as I wrote before in the kiddle of VLC center. With good weather it is good to sit outside, where you can enjoy looking at people… but if its too cold/wet to sit outside, you can sit inside as well… Staff friendly and I heard that they do speak english, for those who do not speak spanish, among us….

Authentic experience, sitting outside people watching. Food tasty, drinks nice, reccomend a glass of Cava. Staff friendly and attentive.

This is a great restaurant close to where we are staying. We have eaten there three times and will go again. The menu offers a wide choice and the food and service are both good. The upstairs dining area is well spaced out so guests can dine in comfort. Altogether an enjoyable experience!
