3.5/10We found a hair in our food with 30 cm length. Since we are bald, it was not ours. Asked to the staff, and they said it’s not there’s as well, so not sure what went wrong. But we didn’t eat anything after that.

6.5/10the service deserves better, we are very disappointed and shocked! We asked for a piece of lemon with water, I have never been so brazenly answered by a waitress in my life... "I will not cut a piece of lemon for a person, we do not ask such things." For the first time in my life I encountered such greed, it was a shock of course, if she was sorry to just cut a lemon she could have sold it! I asked for olive oil for bread, but they did not even bring a plate for bread and butter, I splattered the entire table with this oil, since it was completely inconvenient to pour it! All we got from this service I think is a disgrace for the restaurant!!!! I do not recommend this place, since we did not even enjoy the food after such treatment, we wanted to get up and leave immediately!

10/10I'm a risotto lover! This place only does risotto - it should be obvious. If you are not a fan, do not go here. the dishes are elegant, tasty and perfectly cooked with a gorgeous bite. One of my highlights in Florence.

10/10This is a great restaurant and I’m so glad we got to visit while we were in Florence. We really enjoyed this restaurant when we were in New York City and the food here was just as good if not better. I had the risotto with the wild boar and it was very good. The staff was so nice and helpful. This restaurant is 100% gluten-free which is great for celiacs.

10/10In only 4 days in Florence we went here for 2 times. Food and service were perfect on both times. and it's so good to find somewhere safe for my wife and daughter to eat without worries (gluten allergy). 100% would recommend.

10/10Nearly everything about this restaurant was good, Service, food and ambience. Only thing we didn't like was they seated guests very close together when there was plenty of empty tables and space. Excellent menu and food. All things rice! Staff very friendly. We would go back.

7.5/10The food was very good. But we will not come back to this restaurant. It is the only restaurant in Florence that charged us a « converto » for a baby (he was eating his Own food, with his own plate and spoon). We Had the feeling that the fact we have a baby with us was an issue for them

9.5/10We booked via the Fork's 30% discount on the a la carte options: SO glad we chose this place! It could not be more central to the historic heart of Florence, making it easy to reach when we were ready for lunch. Altho' we arrived 30 min early, they accommodated us with smiles. Both servers were cheerful, spoke English and gave us good info. Our choices: the antipasti platter (plenty for two!) was stellar! The bottle of the house frizzante was very nice. The salmon risotto? OMG. One of the best dishes we've had in Italy. If you like salmon - this is unbelievably delicious. Risotto perfection. Wanted the cinghiale (wild boar) but it wasn't available so went for the duck ragu. The duck ragu risotto was nice - but not in the same cateogry as the amazing salmon risotto. Think I would have preferred the mushroom risotto.

10/10We really loved this restaurant, so much that we ate here twice during our 6 day stay in Florence. It is a real fork to table restaurant, as the special rice they use is grown on the family farm south of Verona. We love risotto, so having so many on the menu was special, and the food is lovely, conforting

6.5/10The risotto was good but the service left little to be desired. It seemed as all of the service staff was having a bad day. They were abrupt with us on arrival and that attitude continued throughout the meal, and not just with us but with the tables near us also. We, unfortunately, left a wonderful place we found just down the street, while waiting for our reservation and wished we had not left it. We were very underwhelmed by this establishment.

10/10We had a fantastic meal. The waitress was very good, talked us though the process of cooking the risotto and showed us some of the types of rice used. She also recommended her favourite dish, which was delicious. Highly recommend. It was quite quiet when we went, but don’t let that put you off, the food quality, cost and ambiance was excellent and we would definitely visit again if we return to Florence.
