Arrived was delayed compared to the booked time but nobody complained. Great location, fair price, good food. Service was alright but not amazing, some waiters did not notice us even when we were clearly done. It was professional but it lacked a bit of “warmth”. Overall a good experience and recommended though.

The restaurant resides on an island so you have to arrive with a boat, a ride that takes 5 min, which was very well coordinated by the restaurant. It was not the season so when we arrived place was a bit empty but in fact it made the dinner with the music playing even more romantic. We had a table not exactly with a lake view even though I asked it in reservation. Service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Menu has enough options, and food appearance is great. Tastes are good but not great. I think that the adventure of eating in an island with a boat coming and taking you back at dark makes the effect most of all. So in summary we had a great time.

Stunning little restaurant. If you have fussy eaters beware as the menu is quite niche. My husband struggled to find something to eat but I was in my element! We went as a group of 6 and had a fantastic evening. Water taxis were very simple to sort as well. The island is gorgeous and if you go at sunset you will get some incredible photos.

Great views of the lake. Went for lunch and arrived early, so managed to get a nice table with a view. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the food. Generous portions and good vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and service was attentive. Would recommend getting there earlier or reserving if you want a table with lake view. Reasonable pricing on the wines as well

This was our second time at this restaurant, this time for a birthday lunch. The food is delicious, cooked to perfection and with fresh, high quality ingredients. The view and atmosphere is unique also due to it's Isola Bella location on Lake Maggiore.

A joy, perfect setting, lovely food and friendly, efficient service! Definitely worth a visit, you'll need to take a boat taxi to the Isola Bella, which is also most enjoyable. Benissimo :)

A great restaurant in Isola Bella with 5 start service. Great service starts when you are contacted by Flora to book your boat to the Island (a mere €5 return trip per guest). The boat docks right in front of the restaurant and we were brought to a table in the first floor with an incredible view. Service matches many 5 stars hotels and it's surpassed when we are invited to move to a better table that was just made available. This was by far the best meal and service we had during our short trip to Lago Maggiore. Last but not least, Isola Bella is packed with tourists all year long. We arrived at 19h30 and there was nobody there. We took the opportunity to take the best pictures on the empty Island!

We had a romantic dinner with a beautiful view and in the company of cute little birds who perched on the railing nearby. The food was delicious and the portions generous. We stayed on the Isola Bella and this dining experience was certainly the highlight. We will be back.

Wonderful location on the terrace upstairs with gorgeous lake view. Attentive and pleasant service. Very good food. Calamarata di Gragnano was super! And price was very reasonable, so all around a real pleasure. Grazie mille!
