Online reservation system allowed a 7pm reservation. We arrived at 6:55 and were told “ it wasn’t ready, come back at 7:30”. We did, and regretted it. The tuna was not seared, it was cooked more than 50% through and was entirely ordinary, served with green sauce that could have helped, but was nearly flavorless, and I don’t mean delicate. The spicy vegetable side was at least interesting, but the flavors did not blend well. My wife got the lobster pasta. The lobster was little gray, and the pasta sauce was “meh”. The suggested wine and the table bread were excellent, but not $75 worth of excellent. I came away thinking they either lost the chef that created the glowing reviews from others, or we were the victims of some astroturfing in other reviews. In hindsight, we would have been better off with some hot pizza from next door. At least it would have been hot.
