9/10The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the place had a nice vibe about it! It was really quiet at 7pm but started to fill up later on. The free shot of limoncello and the Polaroid photo of my family to take away were a nice touch!

9.5/10The service was par excellence from the moment we walked in. The waiters were really going out of their way to make you feel important. The servings were generous and the price most reasonable. We went back for a quick drink the next day when we walked past it. Again they were most cheerful and accommodating The food was good and generous portions. We will go back again.

8.5/10This was a great little restaurant in Venice, a find. We were lucky enough to go on a Friday night, where there was live music, although they didn’t play as much as I would like. But they did have music the whole time and although it was fairly empty when we got there around seven within a half hour it was filling up, the atmosphere was great and the service was great. The food was good reasonably priced. I’m a vegetarian so I got a vegetarian burger but my son got a bigger burger. They were both very good good service good atmosphere great prices I would definitely go there.

8/10Tasty burgers with decent sized portions. Quite expensive for the type of cuisine compared with local foods but made a good alternative if you want a break from pasta/fish and the other local combos. Good place for youngsters/families probably. Staff were helpful but not intrusive.

9/10My teenage daughter and I really enjoyed eating at this hidden gem. Unfortunately, the burger menus were too big for us, especially because we really wanted to try the onion rings as well. Still, everything tasted just fine. It would have been perfect if there would have played a band, which is obviously not the case every evening. But the drums were ready :) If one day we are asked about good restaurants for families with teens in Venice, we will definitely recommend this one!

5.5/10As we were about to finish, we found a worm in a piece of roasted eggplant，This is really disgusting, and we strongly suspect that we have eaten a lot of insects。In the end, the waiter gave us a reduction of 9 euros. As Chinese people, we have always been generous, so we didn't bother. However, we later asked local friends and they said that in Venice, when we encounter this situation, the hotel not only gives guests a free bill, but also provides certain compensation。This makes us feel very bad, I think we have been discriminated against！

8/10We came here on our first night in Venice, but by this point we had been in Italy for 10 days. My thought when I reserved this was that we might be getting tired of pizza and pasta by this point. We all were excited for the change of pace. We ordered chicken nuggets for our 7 year old daughter and a small burger just in case she didn’t like them, but the nuggets came out really good. Most of us ordered some kind of burger and fries. I ordered a chicken burger because I’m not much of a burger person. The fries were delicious and on the thick side like I like. Most of the group really enjoyed their burgers, but my mother and father in-law actually hated them and I’ve never seen them not eat a burger, so we thought that was odd. I loved the music selection (lots of 90s Rock Music) and they also had a musician that started playing at a certain point in the night.

10/10Excellent food and service. Our waitress recommended a glass of wine that I enjoyed and took a picture of the menu so I could remember the name. The French fries were delicious too.

8.5/10We chose this restaurant because it said they serve Guinness beer. They no longer have Guinness and serve only craft beer. I wanted a glass of Pinot Grigio and they were out of that. We had the chicken burger it was very tasty. We were left sitting waiting for our check for a long time I finally had to catch our waiter's eye before they came over. Other then that the service was good

10/10Great place to grab a drink and dinner (the burgers and fries are excellent - including the American burger and the chicken burger; the mini burger was actually a good size and delicious). The staff were really friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

10/10A truly wonderful place to spend an evening with a good mix of families, couples and clientele of all ages. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the vibe was chilled, my cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and the fries were moreish. The wine went down a treat. We would return without hesitation, thank you for a wonderful meal.

10/10Excellent food, the burgers we had were HUGE. Very friendly staff, good music whilst not too loud. All in all, Excellent and would recommend to anyone fancying something different to most menus you see at every corner in Venice.

10/10Quirky and unique, the ambiance was only improved by the live jazz music (Tuesdays). The service was friendly and quick, the staff speak fluent English. The food was excellent and the kitchen accommodated our request to make small changes to the menu options offered. You wouldn't think Venice would be the place for top-notch burgers, but you'd be wrong. Would definitely return in future!

10/10We had several drinks at the bar and watched the football before we took our reservation. The Chianti and Venice 1600 IPA were great. It was a nice chilled atmosphere not noisy at all. The food was to die for. We had the burgers and steak. Our waitresses were very accommodating too. Highly recommended.

9/10A different sort of restaurant in Venice - if your looking for something that’s not pasta/pizza/seafood more burgers/steak this restaurant will give you that, excellent customer service nothing was a problem, we loved the background music too - a great find

7/10The food was very good and the service was great. But I would say this is really a sports bar serving food. Large TV screens were showing live football all through our meal. Not really for a romantic meal for two, unless that’s your thing.

9/10Great selection of food and a break from the typical Italian/Venetian fare. Burgers were very good, but the buns were not soft, but more typical Italian bread (my only critique)). Service was excellent and would eat there again for sure.

10/10We went there as a family of four and had a good time and enjoyed the food. Service was very caring and we would definitely recommend this place if you had enough pizza and pasta already during your stay!
