This place has a wonderfulselection of Roman dishes. The artichokes and pasta were delicious. Definitely recommend!

We had pre-booked the restaurant but there was some issue with where we were to be seated on arrival where I had asked to sit inside but the staff wanted to put us outside. We finished up inside but didn't need the confusion. The staff serving our table were lovely and the dinner was excellent. One small thing, when we ordered the bottle of wine, the staff member had opened it out of our site so were left wondering if the bottle was previously opened or the wine may have been altered. That needs to be addressed. Otherwise a very pleasant evening. Thanks, Kevin Blackshaw

Ci scusiamo per la confusione iniziale sul tavolo, a volte all’ingresso si crea un po’ di movimento. Sul vino hai ragione, è una cosa a cui faremo più attenzione. Alla prossima a Roma!

We were a large family group and had pizza one night and dinner the next. Food was very good, service was wonderful and we were well looked after.

Despite the location away from the historic center, Ai Cocci is always worth the visit. This time, we brought family members who enjoyed their experience. The menu has many delicious options. Tonight, we shared a delicious Diavolo pizza and carpaccio salad, followed by fettuccine with artichokes, guanciale and cheese as well as fettuccine with fresh porcini mushrooms, and then the amazing braised oxtails. We love this place and look forward to returning soon.

We enjoyed two wonderful meals during our trip to Rome at this restaurant.. Everything we tasted was flavorful and delightfully, prepared and presented. We enjoyed the perfectly cooked al dente pasta, the wonderful tomato based sauces. The service was very friendly and helpful.. There is a wide ranging menu with authentic Roman dishes for those who are interested in trying them.

This is my go to. Iv never had a bad meal. The service is excellent and the decor is nice and comfortable. Very reasonable priced for the quality of food. Throughout the years I have taken many family and friends and they all agree it’s the best food in Rome.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Rome. We got different appetizers and main courses and all were delicious. The staff is always welcoming and also helped with the wine choices. Highly recommended

From the staff to the food everything was EXCEPTIONAL! I ended up going there three times during my trip and it was worth it each time I visited. You must try their fried and steamed artichokes, meatballs in sauce, and any of the amazing pasta dishes but of course leave room for dessert too!

We went for lunch. They had all the classic Roman dishes we were looking for. We tried a few different appetizers and the Casio Pepe and Amatriciana pasta. Everything was delicious

This is a very popular, local Italian restaurant managed by friendly staff. The food is excellent and I highly recommend booking. This would have been rated higher but the service was a little erratic for us.

We dined here two nights ago. The food was fantastic but our experience was not good because we were outdoors. We decided to come back tonight, requesting a table indoors. We are so glad we did. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, FROM BEGINNING TO END. We had a nice table in the main dining room. Service was perfect. Food was delicious. We had a thin crust diavola pizza, pasta with guanciale and tender braised oxtails accompanied by a pleasant Cabernet blend from Tuscany. Complimentary limoncello from the staff to finish. No room for dessert…next time…and, we can’t wait. Thank you, AI Cocci, for a wonderful evening.

Food was excellent. We had a fried artichoke, a guanciale with fresh pasta, grilled lamb chops and osso buco. Each dish was well prepared and seasoned. Service was friendly but a bit uneven. The wine did not arrive until after our first course was cleared. The side dish we ordered never arrived. The ambiance was disappointing as we were seated outdoors with many smokers. We did request a table along a wall or window when we made our reservations.. I suppose we need to be more specific next time and request a table indoors. It almost ruined our evening, but the food was truly delicious.

Friendly atmosphere, they helped to create a special birthday mode bringing the cake with a candle as I asked.
