8.5/10The food was perfect, and the location was ideal. However, the service lacked flexibility when I requested separate bills. Additionally, while dining in the garden, the varying temperatures were uncomfortable due to insufficient fans.

7/10Food was just okay, not very flavorful. We also ordered grilled veggies that never came but we charged for it anyways. One of our servers was so visibly upset at our existence he rolled his eyes when he came to grab our plates. My husband is a native Italian speaker, and we were very polite and excited to be there, so I do not know why this was. There was also a noisy wedding party next door and it felt strange to pay €100+ euros when listening to “Fergalicious”.

10/10What a wonderful dinner wtih Maurico as our host! He made some great suggestions to our dinner menu as well as our wine selection! The atmosphere and views were so romantic. Highly recommend.

10/10Sat outside on a beautiful night in Como. We loved the Tagliatale, the ravioli, the grillled vegetables. The Tiramisu was to die for. Wait staff was very attentive while giving us space to enjoy a quiet night out. Ambiance was quiet in spite of being full. If you like the environment set by loud customers competing with loud music, skip this gem. Perfect evening.

7.5/10We arrived to our reservation 20+ minutes late which turned out to be a good thing as we were still the only ones there with a few shuffling in after us. (Parking in Como is something else) The wait staff is extremely attentive and very kind. The food was just ‘alright’. It wasn’t bad, but considering the price, it wasn’t amazing either. Maybe just a bad choice on our part. Even with theFork discount.

10/10The restaurant is beautiful right in front of the lake. This is the nicest staff we have encountered in Como, friendly, good suggestions, and they make sure you are comfortable with everything. The food was delightful for a fair price. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you!

10/10From the moment we walked through the doors of the restaurant till the moment we left we were treated as if we were the only patrons. The staff was superb, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The food was even better! Everything we ordered was outstanding. A definite must visit.

9/10A lovely table for two outside on the terrace on a hot summer evening. Food & dessert were incredibly delicious, staff was very attentive & kind. An obstructed view due to construction across the street on the water, & a less than desirable view of trash/cigarette butts in the small pond. Meal was wonderful; ambiance was lacking but not due to the Palace Hotel. Would definitely return.
