Just fried shrimps and calamari were delicious. That is all. Rice was not well-done, that is why all the sushi were not tasty, some were not good because of fish as well. Short menu (for lunch at least), a lot of dishes with cabbage, etc. Coperta 2 euro/person. There are many great sushi-bars for the same price

The restaurant has two menus: one is ARIGATO Giapponese & Cinese. The other is only Chinese food (Old Chengdu Restaurant). You can only apply the discount offered by the fork to the first one when you eat buffet. The Chinese menu enjoys no discount.

I booked the restaurant with 50% discount, but buffer is actually not eligible for any discount. The desert is also not included . I think the customers need to be awate of it when they make the reservation.

There was a lot of confusion among the waiters. No proper communication system. When we requested Spoon and fork set, one waiter forgot about that and we asked another one and he gave just one spoon to hand and left and then we asked for another set since we are two. After that, once started serving food, at a time we can able to order few items on Tab, we used to receive 3 out 4 and then remaining one served only after asking pending one. At the end we ordered sweets, after 10 min I waiter came and told that one sweet is not available among 2 types we ordered. That’s it, she left and we don’t know what to do. We called another waiter and ordered another option, he told not available. After another 10 minutes the sweet was served which was not available as they said earlier. Apart from all this confusion, food was really not great. It was just ok. I won’t recommend this restaurant for Alla carta, it might be good if you go for all you can eat menu.

A nice à la carte menu with a lot of choice but which does not live up to all its promises once the plate is brought in: hamburger without bacon and cheese, poke bowl without wakame, sushi without mayonnaise/ginger/wasabi... The service is good, the prices correct and the dishes fresh and good, but not more. It's a pity that the dishes aren't in accordance to with the pictures displayed on the screen when you order.

Food was mediocre at best…didn’t seem as fresh as advertised. Also there was no way to customize items - for example there are a lot of great food selections however majority of them had zucchini which I am allergic to.

Bad, bad, just very bad. I can't even say a good thing about our experience in here. Let's start with the worst thing about our night: Service. Pure chaos between waiters who couldn't speak a word in italian and neither in english, Dishes came out disorganized, we ordered our rice + fishes together, we received a very fast rice, then the appetizer came after and after 40 minutes our fishes came.. And obviously it came cold. The lady at the counter was really under heat, couldn't hold our reviews and just tried to shrug our comments off to get us out faster. Food is probably the worst I ever had in YEARS. We ordered x3 dishes alla piastra... Both 3 came cold to the touch and the inside was REALLY watery, the waiter even spilled most of the content while serving. Disgusting. Ambience is the only real thing that can save this hell hole, I just wish for future customers that we came in the wrong day, because from all the other people who got angry at them we weren't the only one that got really disappointed. Absolutely to skip, either if you are a local or a tourist.. If the waiters are all silence, boring, and can't even hold a second to speak to their customer you can guess what kind of staff they hire... Young, inexperienced and with lack of want to learn and work. Skip. Skip. Skip.

A beautiful space indoors and outside (warmed by the heaters), gorgeous presentation of each dish. We are and enjoyed many dishes; soup, rice, pad Thai, sushi. Got a super deal with The Fork and service from all staff was lovely. Go and try it!
