6/10The restaurant truly has stunning views and we felt that this was going to be an amazing evening. The meal began well with a treat from the chef and an excellent bread plate (which I learned later we were charged for in the Cuperto, an added service charge). We ordered the sea bass and I have to say it was only fair. It was a poor cut of fish. We have had sea bass all over the world and this was a major disappointment. The sauce was far too bland and uninspired and the fish was served at room temperature. There were a smattering of carrots and potatoes but not enough to call a meal. The service was not on par with our expectations. The table next to us was so annoyed that they had to fill their own wine glasses they called it a disappointment. We had dessert, but they never asked us if we wanted coffee. I had to flag them down to get it. The last insult was the gift of Limoncello for our anniversary as I was not drinking any alcohol that evening. We expected so much more.

+4Our evening was magical. The food was prepared with great care and the flavors were amazing. The service was impeccable. And the setting and atmosphere have to be the nicest in all of Taormina.

8/10The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Quiet and right on the water. The service was very good too but they cater to hotel guests versus walk-ins. Our pasta was lukewarm. My wife’s was very good. My had no flavor. My veal was excellent but the portion was very small. If you want a view at any cost you will enjoy this restaurant. If you want a dining experience with human interaction book a chefs seat at Ethica’s. What’s interesting is we stayed at an Airbnb. Armonia was not on our hosts list and we were disappointed. Ethicas and four others that we dined at were great either from a value perspective or quality perspective.

The location and table set up is excellent, looking out over the bay as the sun went down was very memorable. The food is good, though of course quite expensive, the same can be said of the wine. The only negative on the night was arrival. The man in the lobby asked which restaurant we we booked into, guided us to the lift, saying someone would meet us at the bottom. However nobody came and so we approached the bar, that started the confusion as they are separate entities. The cocktails were excellent but it took a while before we understood and managed to make anyone else understand we were in the wrong place. Once this was cleared up the rest of the evening was great.

3/10This is the most overpriced place I have ever been, it cost me 350 euros for the cheapest bottle of wine on the menu, and one main course each! The food wasn’t good, service was terrible. Avoid at all costs.

6/10The food was ok, but the fritto misto had too much fish compared to seafood. Also, a lot additional taxes appear out of nothing, like bar service, food service, additional tip, leaving aside the coperto. Too many waiters that have nothing else to do than studying your behavior. Overall, would not recommend, although view is very nice.

We arrived a little early and were accommodated with a drink and nibbles outside in the bar, which included some complimentary amuse bouche which you would normally receive at a Michelin starred restaurant. The waiter was very helpful to. When we went into the restaurant, which was just along from the bar area, we were treated to a fantastic table overlooking the sea. The food and service were excellent and I would recommend a visit. A little on the pricey side, however well worth it.

The service - excellent. You really feal welcome at this place. They treat you like royal. The staff should get a pay raise The ambient - excellent. The view is spectacular. I dont think ive ever been at a restaurant that has a more beautiful view. The food - totally fine. Nothing special. We were 8 people and order different food. I think everyone was disappointed. For a place like this you expect flawless food but it was mediocre. I paid 58 euros for my entry. That is over the top because it wasnt that awesome. Ive tastes better in smaller restautants in taormina. The lobster was overcooked and had nothing almost of meat. You absolutely pay for the ambient, view and service. The food is worth half of the money

Great restaurant in Taormina. Food and drinks were amazing, service from the ladies was also amazing. The only negative was the reaction from a guy to us asking to move to another table that was not reserved. Made reservation asking for a great table several weeks in advance. Recommend this restaurant, would come back.

+1Had a wonderful dinner at Ristorante Armonia. The sommelier was knowledgeable and recommended a great wine to pair with our seafood dinner. Food was fresh and service was wonderful. The cost is a bit high but it was great. I would recommend bringing bug spray though as you may get some mosquitos in the area. Comes with the territory but was well worth it. Jessica and Stefania were great servers. Do yourself a favour and indulge in this wonderful experience. Was our first night in Taormina

10/10Perfect location looking out over the beautiful bay and watching the braver swimmers diving from the rocks in to the clear sea. Food was excellent, washed down with some excellent rose and an Etna red. Staff knowledgeable and attentive. Lovely way to spend a lazy Thursday lunchtime.

8/10We arrived early so we had a drink at the bar. The bar tender was wonderful. When we finally were seated at our table, which was lovely. A gentleman took our order for drinks and was terrible. I told him the bartender gave me a glass of wine and I would like another of the same but I could not remember the name of it. He said this is all I have and we do not have the same wine as the bar. What??? He could have walked over to check what it was. He was rude, disrespectful and even mean. He really upset everyone at the table. He was very arrogant. We were 9 people. Our waitress was excellent. She made wonderful suggestion. Food was great. Even the man that parked our car was great. My husband walked over to the bar later and the bartender told him if I wanted another glass of the same wine to go back to her and buy it and bring it to the restaurant table where we sat. She was so nice and accommodating. The waiter that I am speaking of never came back to our table again.
