I spent a few years working in South East Asia and I know what I'm looking for when going for Thai food. Texture, Fragrance, Balance. This is the best Thai food I had in Italy, as close to the original as you can get given the obvious produce sourcing limitations. slightly above average Prices are justified. Yes you can get a padthai for 50c in Bangkok, or you can experience Michelin star Thai restaurants in BKK or even KL and Tokyo and Singapore. This is close to Michelin star experience I had at Nahm, for the curries at least. The rest was not as nice as the original but WELL above the average of any Thai restaurants in italy. Well done. We'll be back
