9.5/10Very attentive service. Fantastic meal. The complementary appetizers were a potpourri of amazing tastes. The cuttlefish ink risotto was so rich and full of flavor. One of our best meals in Italy.

10/10A hidden treasure in the Tuscan Chianti area. Excellent homemade food and very nice service. You may not recognize from outside that there is such high valuable restaurant. We had the pleasure to sit outside in the garden in a very nice and calm atmosphere. Highly recommended restaurant!

10/10We have been before and we will go again-it is an excellent restaurant. The chef is very visible, the service is excellent and informative without being in your face. You are given many little extras-all of which are wonderfully cooked and presented. It is more expensive than many restaurants in the area but you get what you pay for-quality and it is value for money.

10/10Excellent lunch place and I am sure dinner would be great too. Outside not impressive but inside atmosphere really friendly, professional and relaxed. We stuck to fish dishes. Really a treat! Can recommend.

9/10Service is impeccable! The waiters are courteous, understanding and extremely attentive. The food was good extremely fresh and presented in a beautiful manner. However, the different combinations of tastes sometimes took me getting use to. In general one of the best restaurants s I have been to in a long time. The quality was too!

10/10Cosy restaurant with great foods and wines. Service is wonderful and friendly. We will be back in next visit to Tuscany. Highly recommended the hone made pasta and bread.

10/10This was the best meal we have had on the entire trip, and that includes time in Paris. The ambiance, the staff, Chef Marcella, the food- it could not have been any better. The food is made from scratch and melts in your mouth. I wish we were staying longer so we could return! If you are in the area of Montespertoli, you must visit Ristorante Bistrot Lo Zero! You will not be disappointed!

10/10Delicious fresh produce made into stunning dishes with wonderful presentation. The food is divine and the waiter service exemplary. Don't miss out on visiting this restaurant in Montespertoli. A real gem.

4/10My wife had a lovely meal but my main course consisted of 4 average size prawns with some crisps, the cost of this dish was 19€. Had to sit and watch my wife eat her whole bream. Waiter new I was not happy but didn’t try to correct it or apologise.

9.5/10Excellent meal and very good service. The waiter was informative and attentive, but appropriately so. He was not American server annoying. We were offered s glass of prosecco, when we were seated, followed by a bowl of excellent tomato velouté and a basket of excellent homemade breads. We ordered the seafood appetizer, which was really good and copious, followed by two excellent pasta dishes that we shared. For dessert, I had the pistachio muffin, in a warm vanilla sauce (really very good), and my daughter had the Zero dessert, which included a white chocolate crisp, a pistachio gelato, and a chocolate gelato bar. A memorable meal that combined traditional Italian cuisine, with the chef’s creative touches. I would happily return there. We enjoyed meeting the chef, who visited each table to welcome each diner. Pleasant ambience, great service, and excellent food. What more could one ask for?

10/10I will post one of my more exhaustive reviews on Trip Advisor upon my return to the United States. The short version is that this place is simply amazing. Start to finish.. Do NOT miss an opportunity to dine with this chef and her staff. I do not write these comments often about many restaurants that I visit. This is an exceptional dining establishment.

4.5/10Pasta good, meat better not to eat. Uneatable hard and of minimal quality, instead of a filetsteak you get sliced beef , probably because a solid steak would be uneatable.

9.5/10Outstanding food from start to finish. Warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Excellent service and hospitality. Wish we had more time in Montespertoli so we could eat there again. Marcella's food is wonderful. Highly, highly recommended.
