4/10Service was horrible. Servers appeared to be annoyed with having customers, very condescending and rude!!! The food was excellent, but not worth feeling like you are an obligation to an over priced restaurant. Never again.

8/10I forgot I have the 20 % discount you offered. When we arrived we did tell them we had a reservation but the hostess didn’t pay any attention to that, maybe if he had we will have received the discount

2.5/10The service was one of the worst experiences I have had ever. The bearded server was rude to everyone that even the couple next to our table cancelled their order and walked away. We decided to get desserts elsewhere as well. Would not recommend.

6.5/10We came here because it was rated high for offering the top Florentine steak (Bistecca Florentine Chianina IGP). I ordered the top grade of meat. Maybe my expectations were too high. The meat was dry and not flavorful. The presentation of the steak was excellent and makes for great pictures. Taste is subjective, but wagyu A5 is still world’s best.

10/10Superb restaurant and excellent service. I took my sister and nephew here for dinner and we were all delighted with out simply outstanding steak; possibly the best I have ever had. The staff offer the perfect blend of friendliness and courtesy without being stuffy and were able to help with our questions easily. The high quality of the food deserves an equally great wine menu and those on offer do not disappoint. Overall, a great dining experience; I will be back!

10/10This restaurant was a great find in Firenze - they serve tasty well cooked meals with excellent choice of wines. Our beef was so tender and salad choice was delicious. Service by all staff was prompt and friendly - well done 5 stars

9/10Great food and service. A very noisy and obnoxious group of people as a party were coming in and out of the restaurant where were sitting shouting, shoving, smoking and pushing each other. The waiter could do nothing. Overall food made up for the disturbance which lasted over an hour.

10/101.5 Kg for two is too much to handle, honestly.. We also had bruschetta, grilled veggies, and a bottle of Chianti wine under US$130. Most of all, the best dining experience ever in Florence!

9.5/10We had the fiorentina for 2 which was delicious! A fantastic presentation of the food and the wine with decent portions of patate al forno. The ambiance did feel more catered towards tourists rather than traditional Italian, but that is to be expected in central Florence.

8/10The food was fine, environment was decent and definitely quieter than others since there also weren't a whole lot of people as we ate fairly early. Would say that this is a slightly more fine dining type of environment. The price is therefore much higher than other restaurants that we have been to that serve the same food.

2/10They don't know the difference between extra dry and sweet prosecco. Half of the muscles were served were bad and didn't open when cooked. Ruined a beautiful cut of meat by drowning it in a red wine and onion sauce. Truffles were powdered mushroom and not truffles. The gnocchi should not have been served in Italy. To top it off they gave me someone elses tab.

10/10Nice dinner in cozy atmosphere. The Florentines Steak was very good, and a bottle of Montepulciano was, perhaps, the best wine we had during the week in town.

9.5/10Excellent service and great food in a relaxed atmosphere, what more would you want. I'm not a big eater and had the grilled scottona fillet with grilled vegetables wich was just enough for me.
