10/10The food was delicious and the setting lovely. I am a very fussy eater and do not like any type of seafood. When I brought it up to our server, he immediately made several suggestions and accommodated my peculiar taste habits. Much appreciated!

10/10It is a must if you visit Venice. This is the second time we visit the restaurant and it is something outstanding: the design of the menu, the quality of the food, delicious taste (exquisite seafood, very tasty and unique homemade pasta (gnocchi with cod, spaghetti with lobster, the risotto, etc.)…The main dishes are super top. And according to that, an excellent service guiding us with the menu selection, they are very professional. Definitely, it is a recommendation and we are wishing forward to come back (10/10).

10/10Even though I am a fan of Sadler restaurants, this is my 1st time eating in Venice. I had the Venetian degustation menu. Every dish was delicious and presented beautifully. I had tried some ingredients for the first time like red shrimp, butterfly prawn. Looking forward to my next meal there.

4.5/10The food was pretty average. The service was very poor. There staff did not even know the basics. All seemed like they were trainees being led by someone who knew not much more. It was a comedy of errors and all untrained staff.

7/10The wait staff was wonderful. We sat in a romantic area where you could see the chefs working through a glass window. The food appearance was attractive but the flavor was missing. How can you make pesto risotto flavorless? My sole was beautifully fried, but it had no flavor. Sole for $65 US dollars should be seasoned.

10/10The staff was as good as it gets, professonal, friendly, and humorous. The food was so good, and it just kept coming with surprises ( amusse bushe [sp?]) Quaint, intimate atmosphere with a view of the kitchen through a large window.! Excellence!

10/10I really think it's a blessing to find an Canova restaurant. All the crew are professional and friendly. The chefs' cooking was fantastic. The main dish and dessert were impeccable. It was really delicious and perfect. It was very interesting to see the appearance of the kitchen through the glass. Their passion for cooking was conveyed intact. Thank you so much. 10/10Phenomenal restaurant. Surely on its way to win a Michelin star. Every course surprises with intensity of flavor and purity of taste. Every dish is elegant, too. Such sophistication! Count on many complimentary amuse bouches and mignardises. Do not miss this restaurant. Even the wine list excels.

9.5/10The staff in the restaurant and bar were terrific, they really made us feel welcome. The sommelier was very helpful in recommending a wine which my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed. The food was excellent and the cake at the end to celebrate my wife’s birthday was very much appreciated.

10/10Wonderful atmosphere very romantic and elegant. The service was beyond excellent very friendly staff and attentive. The food is amazing and presented with class and portions are reasonable u feel full but not bloated. Definitely a five star in all aspects. You get what u pay for ... simple. But worth every penny!

10/10The TripAdvisor ratings don't do this restaurant justice. For our hotel location, it was convenient...just off St. Mark's Square. Having booked with The Fork we were seated immediately in a rather posh dining area. We were quickly attended to by the front of house and our waiter Claudio who was MORE than attentive through out the meal. The dishes were well prepared. The seafood "melody" I had was superbly handled...deep fried without all the usual grease, breading,etc. My wife's veal was properly grilled and tender. We enjoyed it enough that we have choose for our last meal prior to departure.
