It’s known for solid, traditional Tuscan food. As you would expect of a top restaurant in Florence, it has fresh pasta, but is really known for its great steak + truffle-forward dishes. These are paired with an atmosphere inside a medieval tower. During our visit, the food was outstanding. We started with the Buschetta al Pomodoro, which was light, but very flavorful. My spouse had the Handmade Cacio e Pepe Tortelli with Pecorino Fondue and Fresh Truffle which was creamy, and had a earthy mushroom finish. I had the Sirloin Steak with Pecorino Fondue and Fresh Truffle, and it was my best meal in Florence to date. When in Florence, this is our new go to place.

The 2 waitresses were great, friendly helpful and considerate. Provided an impromptu candle on my wife's dessert as it was her birthday. Good cooking in a nice ambiance (only the 2 small areas of the restaurant were being used as it was in March.

Excellent Tuscan food served in pleasant surroundings - small restaurant - great service. The chicken liver pate is to die for. Some good wine recommendations too. Would recommend and would return when next in Florence.

We picked this restaurant due to the fork discount. However, I would go back even without the discount. The food and service were excellent, and the waiter made special attention to our needs. Very good place to go in Florence.

Perfect place for a date night meal. Service was quick and friendly. Food was amazing and portion sizes were great. We had the florentine steak, cooked rare, and it was beautiful. Tiramisu was the best we had in Florence.

Everything fantastic - service, food, wine service…but please, please, please, change or turn down the volume on the music!! It’s an obnoxious American radio station of random hits over the past 50 years. Really odd and off putting while a family is trying to enjoy a nice meal (btw - we are American).

Been a few times. Some good things to choose from on the menu. The steaks are very good and the wine selection is more than enough with some top labels.

Safe to say it was one of the most great restaurant ever! Everything we ordered was perfectly up to taste and the service was exceptional. Would def recommend this one!

Really lovely little place. Do not hesitate to book because they were turning away people at the door on a Sunday evening. Lovely food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. The offer made it even better but would happily pay full price.

It was a great dining experience. They immediately offered prosecco to welcome us. The staff were very accomodating and helpful all throughout. Since they knew it’s our wedding anniversary, they even gave us free dessert and drinks. Highly recommended!

Nice restaurant. Away from the busy streets. Food was good. Solid. Our waitress Alegra, was great. Fast and friendly. We got the discount with the fork.

Excellent food in a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and they provided very good service. I especially enjoyed the truffled tortelli.

Our host/server was exceptionally warm, helpful and welcoming. And the food was over the top fantastic!! Great experience from start to finish. He gave us a tour of their downstairs wine cellar and dining room, what a wonderful place for dining or a small special event! Don’t miss this restaurant!
