We were in the restaurant, not the pizzeria. They take your coats, the restaurant is classy and the food fantastic. I will be returning.

The atmosphere, waitstaff and cuisine were all exceptional. Three couples shared multiple dishes and each one was outstanding. A wonderful experience! Service was superb!

The service was excellent: great recommendations and "always on the spot" without being overbearing. The food was also very good, great wine pairings, and the desserts were delicious.

The menu was very creative and out of the ordinary. The menu contained a wide variety of options that are not found in the average restaurant. The service was extraordinary. The general atmosphere was also quite unique and unlike any other restaurants that we visited in Florence.. In the end, we wished we had come to this restaurant earlier in our visit so that we could’ve come back a second time the restaurant. A very large and unusually innovative selection of wines.

A friend strongly recommended this place, and I was very satisfied. The anchovies on the pizza were so delicious that I asked about the brand, and they kindly shared the information. I’m 100% willing to visit again!

The meal was delicious. It is quiet and beautifully decorated restaurant. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The ten of us had our own private room!

The food was really great and the staff made sure that everything was perfect. They are very professional and gave us recommendations. I strongly recommend going there for a nice evening. Note that the outdoor is only for the pizzeria and not the ristorante.

We loved the service, the food and the intimacy of the dining room. Our favs were the pork ribs, caprese salad, homemade pasta and the steak. Grazi!

The dishes the four of us had in the restaurant were excellent. We also ate at their pizzeria twice. Excellent as well

Food was amazing but the service wasn’t great when comparing it to some other restaurants in Florence. The staff wasn’t attentive at all.

+1This was by far my favorite restaurant over the course of 10 days. A beautiful restaurant with excellent service and great food. Everything was truly excellent. Its nearby the Sant Croce church just off a main street. Well worth a special meal.

Incredible food, and excellent service. The ambience is what you would expect for a night out in Florence. We found this restaurant on a whim (first night in Florence), it did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

When we entered the restaurant, I told the guy I had a reservation. He was not welcoming whatsoever. Once we were at our table, my kids had placed their bottled water on the table, the server (without making any eye contact) rudely said “no water on table” as he was walking away. Apparently you cannot bring your own water inside the restaurant. So please be mindful. We were forced to order still water and sparkling water. He came back to take our order with a huge lack of customer service and an immense amount of attitude. My FIL stopped him and confronted him, which to his surprise, he was shocked. The head waiter heard the confrontation and proceeded to take over the service and apologized. From there on out, the service was friendly. The food was fine. The pasta ossobuco and mushrooms was fantastic. The kids pizza was great as well. Overall I would have given this a higher rating had the initial server provided better customer service. My

The score should be 9.8/10 but that wasn't an option. The service was awesome, and the Sommelier was top notch! It truly was a great experience. We told the Sommelier what we liked in wine and food and he recommended dishes and wine that were perfect. Things we might not have ordered on our own but are so glad we did. The quality of the food is great, especially the pasta!! Trust the staff, especially the Somm, and you will be happy.

Very charming restaurant with a pizzeria next door. Service was excellent. Food was very good. My husband wanted steak and the waiter brought out the 3 different ones for him to see and choose one. Very nice and large wine collection. Highly recommend!

From start to finish this meal was superb. The service was warm and friendly. The meal absolute perfection- Florentine Bistecca at its finest!

Wonderful restaurant. We booked for around 7.30pm which in hindsight was a little early for the Italian culture, but it the restaurant soon picked up around 8/8.30pm. Absolutely fantastic Seabass dish recommended by the waiter. Gorgeous prosecco - definitely would recommend for your trip to Florence. Our favourite meal of the holiday.

We love this place. The pizza is great. Good quality ingredients and the dough is so tasty. The staff are always kind and friendly. We celebrated my daughters’ 18th birthday and they were also kind enough to let us bring a cake.

This restaurant is actually divided in two: the ristorante which serves various Tuscan dishes - appetizers, primi, secondi - and the pizzeria, which ONLY serves pizza (Napoletana), so you'll have the choose. We went to the pizzeria. We had the Margherita (with bufala mozzarella) and Siciliana (vegetables: peppers, onions). The pizza was THE BEST we had in all of Italy - yes, pizza Napoletana in Florence better than in Napoli. The pizzaiolo, who we had a chance to talk to, is passionate about all aspects of pizza Napoletana, from the beginning preparation of the dough to the final cooking of the pizza. The crust was SO TENDER, which is what made it so special, never mind the intense flavors of the other ingredients (mozzarella, sauce, etc.). The owner is from Napoli, so it is not surprising that the expectation of quality is so high. After spending a month in Italy, this was perhaps the most memorable meal we had.

A very special experience, the knowledge about the food and wine was second to none, the wine list is extensive but they made recommendations that were just to our taste, pairing the food choices to the wine. Beautiful decor and ambience.
