10/10The location and outside tables are lovely - it was nice to eat outside at a leisurely pace without being too hot or hiding from the sun. The food was very good, service was excellent and they started serving at 6 for those of us who were going to the opera at the Arena. Plenty of time to eat and relax before walking around to the arena. We will definitely eat here again when visiting for the opera !

The food and wine selections are amazing and the staff is ready to assist with any and all questions. It was simply the best experience we had on our recent trip to Italy.

4.5/10We had high expectations based on ratings. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and not worth what we paid. Especially the seabass was not substantial, cooked well or tasty. Service by the two main waiters was largely ok but never have we been thrown a bill before we'd even finished our drinks. The main host clearly didn't care about us as we weren't spending ridiculous amounts of money (bearing in mind we did spend close to 200 euros). We were also asked if we were going to the opera, which we were, and was given a shorter menu with an offer which seems to cost more than getting the Al a carte options- again, something unusual. What you pay for seems to be the location and the ambience- the garden was nice but nothing unimaginable. Overall disappointed.

Be prepared for a 3.5 hours of Immersive experience in the ultimate tasting menu. Loved every item and the service was way and beyond. Highly recommend it while in Verona.

+3A beautiful restaurant with impeccable service and food. Special thanks to “Jack” (Jacomo) the sommelier who gave us excellent recommendations. We had seasonal fried moeca and squid for starters followed by eel and baccala for mains. Do not miss the tiramisu for dessert! The drink recommendations were well paired and all the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best dining experiences we have had in Italy.

10/10Stellar food quality, excellent treatment and attention received, felt like at friend's home for the staff attitude. Very competent recommendation on wine, genuine courtesy and politeness. Food presentation and description were top notch. The ambience is cosy and set up with clear taste and dedication, not the thinnest detail isn't under control.

+3Simply incredible. From the service to the bottled water and each and every meal with pairings, it was delicious, so much so that we booked another reservation to come back the next day while we are still in town to try all of the things we didn’t get to try during this seating, it was THAT good. We did the Romeo and Juliet menu with the five glass wine pairing, and the owner was so kind to ask us our preferences. Highly recommend you stop by for lunch or dinner, twice ;)

The veal and duck were cooked to perfection—exceptionally tender and full of taste. What a spectacular dining experience. Whilst tasting menus can often be pretentious with foams and deconstructed dishes that are all show and no flavour, the Romeo and Juliet tasting menu does not disappoint! Each dish is carefully crafted and presents a miniature work of art on your plate and palate. The staff are warm and attentive without invading your privacy and make excellent suggestions for accompaniments to your meal. The setting is a lovely building on a private cul-de-sac a few minutes walk from the Arena. Tasteful and quirky a little like the menu. They offer a special taster menu for under 35’s at a reduced price so younger clientele can experience this wonderful cuisine without breaking the bank which is also a lovely idea. Don’t miss this restaurant if you enjoy fine dining and are visiting Verona.

10/10This was our last dinner during our trip to Italy and it was the best. Nice welcome, very creative cuisine, delicious, great pairing with wine of the region. And great value for the price. No hesitation to recommend to gourmet guest who love wine!

+2Very cosy setting, we were seated in a small room with two tables, but out table was at the entrance and someone was constantly passing by, while the other table renained empty. Food was very good except of the pike, which had bones and and tasted like a regular fish paste. Artichoke was delicious. The only real issue was the size of the portions which was so small that we left hungry having paid 100€

4.5/10Setting is an important feature for a restaurant, and Dari' has indeed an excellent setting, on the ground floor and inner courtyard of a gothic-style palace, not far away from Verona's Arena. Regrettably, the setting is the best the restaurant can offer, since the food, and particularly the service, are far below the beauty of the place. The menu, although relatively limited, includes some interesting choices but the actual dishes, at least in our case, did not live up to the expectations, with the duck raviolis we chose arriving at the table rather cold. In fact, the Dari' weakest point is the service, which appears insufficiently staffed and rather erratic. Our group of 4 ordered 2 starters, 2 first and 4 main courses, only to be told by the waiter that the restaurant wouldn't serve the starters and the first courses together, which resulted in an embarrassing time lapse of dishes, with some of the guests eating and the others waiting, a situation made worse also for the main courses. When asked for an explanation, the maitre suggested that the guests should go to a pizzeria for different serving timings! In addition, the waiting time for everything, from taking the orders to delivering the dishes, was far excessive. As a final touch, the Fork discount was not included in the bill and had to be specifically asked for! We had great expectations about Dari', but were utterly disappointed!

5.5/10The kitchen is obviously understaffed .. we took over an hour to get some food .. the host was nice and charming but still sitting at the table and waiting to eat is a romance killer ..
