10/10+3Simply incredible. From the service to the bottled water and each and every meal with pairings, it was delicious, so much so that we booked another reservation to come back the next day while we are still in town to try all of the things we didn’t get to try during this seating, it was THAT good. We did the Romeo and Juliet menu with the five glass wine pairing, and the owner was so kind to ask us our preferences. Highly recommend you stop by for lunch or dinner, twice ;)

10/10Restaurant Review I recently dined at this charming restaurant, and it was an excellent experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with the lasagna standing out as particularly flavorful. The veal and duck were cooked to perfection—exceptionally tender and full of taste. The attention to detail in the tableware and décor added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The service was attentive and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would undoubtedly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

10/10What a spectacular dining experience. Whilst tasting menus can often be pretentious with foams and deconstructed dishes that are all show and no flavour, the Romeo and Juliet tasting menu does not disappoint! Each dish is carefully crafted and presents a miniature work of art on your plate and palate. The staff are warm and attentive without invading your privacy and make excellent suggestions for accompaniments to your meal. The setting is a lovely building on a private cul-de-sac a few minutes walk from the Arena. Tasteful and quirky a little like the menu. They offer a special taster menu for under 35’s at a reduced price so younger clientele can experience this wonderful cuisine without breaking the bank which is also a lovely idea. Don’t miss this restaurant if you enjoy fine dining and are visiting Verona.

10/10This was our last dinner during our trip to Italy and it was the best. Nice welcome, very creative cuisine, delicious, great pairing with wine of the region. And great value for the price. No hesitation to recommend to gourmet guest who love wine!

9/10+2Very cosy setting, we were seated in a small room with two tables, but out table was at the entrance and someone was constantly passing by, while the other table renained empty. Food was very good except of the pike, which had bones and and tasted like a regular fish paste. Artichoke was delicious. The only real issue was the size of the portions which was so small that we left hungry having paid 100€

4.5/10Setting is an important feature for a restaurant, and Dari' has indeed an excellent setting, on the ground floor and inner courtyard of a gothic-style palace, not far away from Verona's Arena. Regrettably, the setting is the best the restaurant can offer, since the food, and particularly the service, are far below the beauty of the place. The menu, although relatively limited, includes some interesting choices but the actual dishes, at least in our case, did not live up to the expectations, with the duck raviolis we chose arriving at the table rather cold. In fact, the Dari' weakest point is the service, which appears insufficiently staffed and rather erratic. Our group of 4 ordered 2 starters, 2 first and 4 main courses, only to be told by the waiter that the restaurant wouldn't serve the starters and the first courses together, which resulted in an embarrassing time lapse of dishes, with some of the guests eating and the others waiting, a situation made worse also for the main courses. When asked for an explanation, the maitre suggested that the guests should go to a pizzeria for different serving timings! In addition, the waiting time for everything, from taking the orders to delivering the dishes, was far excessive. As a final touch, the Fork discount was not included in the bill and had to be specifically asked for! We had great expectations about Dari', but were utterly disappointed!

10/10My wife and I were here for dinner and this is a wonderful restaurant with kind and attentive staff. The food was amazing with many selections available. The wine cellar was stocked with great wines at reasonable prices. I had the filet and it was cooked perfectly and was well seasoned. My wife raved about the cod. All in all it was a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10/10This absolutely special restaurant was the highlight of our 12 day trip Italy! The ambience is romantic and serene. The food was outstanding, the best most tender lamb we have ever had. We ate in the beautiful courtyard which was wonderful on a beautiful day and soft classical music filled the background. The inside rooms are filled with classical ambience and any one of them would make for an incredible dining experience.

6/10I was expecting the food to be outstanding given the reviews I read. However a few of the dishes were disappointing. The braised beef cheek was not at all tender. The rose cake for dessert was on par with a supermarket pastry. I would not return. We ate better at other restaurants during our stay in Verona.

9.5/10+2Excellent restaurant, although a little difficult to find and somewhat confusing about the entrance. The food and service are superb and wine list, extensive and well priced. They looked after us very well and ensured they served us in good time as we were going to Tosca, but didn’t rush us at all. Highly recommend!

8.5/10The location is excellent, patio is for very nice for summer dinner. Food was very good. Beef tartare not seasoned to my taste. Service was very friendly, with only few small errors, in total it was too quick even we were not in hurry. Wine list excellent and servise very kind. We will come back for sure in winter time sunce inferioran is really appealing! Grazie!

10/10We really enjoyed this restaurant only a few minutes walk from the Arena. Excellent food and wine and service. Little touches like the local virgin olive oil served by perpet was wonderful. Home made warm bread. Beautiful plates and presentation. We were the first to arrive at 18:30 (early sitting) which was perfect for us to take our time before an evening of Rossini! A special evening we will remember forever - Grazie

10/10Had a wonderful dinner with friends, prior to going to the opera at the Arene. The food was beautiful, the service excellent and the setting a delight. The owner? heard we were going to the opera and advised on walking time to get there and also, if there were any delays, the opera management would advise the restaurant. A wonderful beginning to an amazing evening.

8/10Great ambiance, physically beautiful restaurant. Delicious well prepared and presented meals. That being said, I felt RUSHED. No reason why they couldn’t wait for the wine to be poured before they brought out the amuse Boucher. No reason why that within 35 minutes of being sat we were already served and finished w our first course. I had to tell them to SLOW IT DOWN. And they listened. Who goes out to eat at a great beautiful restaurant with well prepared meals and be done w in an hour? I’d as soon as stay home and boil pasta. Dessert was great!
