10/10The service at this restaurant was first class - we were kept shaded from the sun, informed about the dishes available and served quickly and efficiently! The food was absolutely delicious - 3 of us went for steaks and the other for the risotto. Steaks cooked to perfection and both the peppercorn and porcini mushroom sauces were lovely. We ordered a salad and some haricot beans as accompaniments to our dishes and they too were great. The restaurant is a 2 minute walk from the ponte vecchio - don’t miss it! Most certainly recommend.

6/10Service wasn’t good. We never received any bread at our table. The owner seemed annoyed when I asked about the 20% discount for ala carte. Everyone else got served while we waited. We should have gone to the place next door.

10/10The staff allowed us to sit upstairs to have our dessert on our special night. Being able to sit up there alone beneath the magnificent ceiling painting was a memorable way to celebrate our engagement. Thank you to the staff.

10/10Lisjen made what would have been a great experience even more memorable. As we told him, this was our favorite meal in Italy so far! Every item we ate was better than the last, and the ambience was perfect!

5/10The appetiser with eggs was really great but the rest not so good. We were extremely disappointed with the carbonara: not taste and bitter. Please teach the cook how to season. One waiter was really nice but an other one was extremely unpleasant and was not caring at all. I was hoping for something better.

8.5/10The food was good. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and not quite organized with the reservations and where to seat people. We had called and booked the reservation for inside but were placed outside. Besides that the food was fantastic. We had the mixed salad, linguine with clams, and steak. Very tasty meal!

6.5/10We have been staying in Florence for 6-7 weeks (work) and we eaten out every night. We have only had 2-3 negative experiences. This place has a fantastic ambience and the food was good. However for $180 we left hungry and we are not tight wads (some of our nights have been Michelin) nights. The plates were skimpy and the servers were dressed in black t shirts. Granted it was 100 degrees but long story short, there are MUCH better places to go see

9.5/10The steak was great. We really enjoyed our meal and the staff were great too. Don’t skip dessert. The pistachio cake stole the show and was a unique surprise to a complete a great meal. I highly recommend dinner here on your next trip to Florence.

10/10Fantastic food - let them curate a meal for your table, it's a culinary adventure that was just so enjoyable. Great wine choices & value, accommodating to children and the gift of a bottle of house wine was over and above. Loved it here.

10/10Excellent place. The owner is so attentive to his customers and it's clear from the minute you arrive. He explains dishes, offers wine recommendations and is so genuine that you never feel the sales pitch come across. You g man who is passionate about his place of business. Excellent wine section and everything all around.

5.5/10The food was very much ok, but not spectacular. The waiter was unprofessional, dropping wine next to the glass, almost on the clothes of the guest, but no excuse nor even cleaning. Ambiente was fine.

9.5/10I had high expectations for our dining experience at Ristorante dei Rossi, based on reviews I had read, and I was not disappointed. Upon arrival, they had our reservation and sat us right away in their ample outdoor seating area. It was more of a piazza, with no vehicular through traffic. Service was good, not great- probably because they were very busy. The food and drinks were excellent. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meal. As a bonus, we were seated next to a delightful couple from Australia with whom we shared some delightful conversation. One of the nicest things about dining in Italy is the people you meet and share time and a meal with. Truly memorable. Ristorante dei Rossi is a fine example of the high quality dining experience with a warm and welcoming atmosphere you can expect when dining in Italy. I highly recommend.

9/10A mere 100m from the famed Ponte Vecchio, the Ristorante Dei Rossi is a cozy, we'll decorated establishment located on a small side area, with a generous terrace and an imposing wall of wine and meats. But most if all, the food was glorious, refined and tasty. Service was excellent as well. In short, a wonderful experience, at a reasonable cost, we'll visit again! Grazie Mille
