Very uncomfortable experience when paying, they told us to pay before giving us the bill. When we payed and got the bill afterwards we were overcharged and for three items we didn’t get the 20% discount. We got back up to get corrected the bill, it was clear that they were scamming us. We got the another bill which was way different than the first one, proposing with tax, discounts etc. The first bill didn’t show those calculations. Not sure why an established hotel restaurant would act suspicious and be scamming guests, but our last night in Piacenza should have been with laughter, good food and at least decent people. That was just uncomfortable and disgustingly dishonest.

Absolutely amazing. Everything was local and high quality, down to the last detail. By far the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

The food was very tasty, and with proper proportions. I really loved the gnocchetti and the creme Brule...They deserve a try! Either after the dinner or for a happy hour you must enjoy the rooftop where you can have a drink from the bar
