Great food, the service wasn’t very efficient but they were really nice.

The food took too long to arrive. The waiter didn´t explain clearly what was included in the 50% and what wasn´t, so in the end, we had to pay more than we had imagined. There is no connection between quality and price. I wouldn´t recommend anyone to go there, not even with this "50%" discount.

The food was delicious and served quickly. Everything was well-prepared and of great quality. They easily adjusted the side dish when I asked, which was very nice. Friendly and attentive service – overall a great experience!

Prices are too jacked up that even with the discount it's still too expensive. We had the yums discount for one primo, one secondo, one water and one beer for a whopping total of 58€! The quality of the food was mediocre, in fairness the nice lady serving us was very charming and helpful and that is the only thing I truly appreciated in this restaurant.

They said that i made a reservation out of their time work so all the service was in fast and they bring the pasta before the starter.

I think it was quite misleading the Fork's discount offer, as initially it said that only drinks and menus were excluded, but then at the moment of paying we were told that all dishes including tartuffo (like 70& of a la carte options) were also excluded from the offer. So, quite difficult to stay within the offer, so not really an offer. Quite disappointing really. On top of that, they served me a beer with ice cubes!. Never in my life I witness such a thing, but certainly I was not expecting that in Italy!!!, I ask to change my beer, they just remove with a spoon the ice cubes instead of getting me a new one (Heineken by the way, not Moretti or alike) and they still missed one more ice cube :'( :'( . Food was all right, a bit bland maybe. Porcini were good.

All the food was really very good. The service was less than poor. We were served one main course and a starter at the same time. Later we were served the other main without the first main. Then it took them 20 minutes to fix the second main. The communication was terrible. I had to get up and go talk to the proprietor three times during the evening just to get clarification and service. Certainly, language is always one of the issues, but I've been ordering Italian restaurants for 30 years and my competency level is actually pretty high. The other tables all had native Italians and they also had awful service. Half of the meals showed up, the other half of the table was not served. it was a night of constant crisis. What was most interesting was that the servers were constantly blaming the kitchen for the problems, but the food that came out was absolutely fantastic.

Awful experience, each dish was terrible in its own way. Bad starting ingredient, incredible bad tast once combined. Many people returned their dishes because they just couldn't eat it. Also extremely expensive even though I had the discount. The waitress/waiter were ok although we received dishes at different time. I Would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Ristorante Del Duomo Bicerin enjoys an excellent location, just steps away from Piazza Castello and fairly represents what you would expect from a solid, traditional restaurant in Turin. The setting is rather unassuming and old and the tables are very close to each other, but the service is warm, friendly and attentive. The menu choice is quite large, the food is well prepared and the prices are fair. Try it!

Located very close to the center of Turin, this restaurant offers very high quality food with very fresh ingredients. The carbonara with truffle is a must!!!!!

Good Dinner/Food near the Duomo in Torino. Early dining time to accommodate my 81 year old Uncle was achievable here. We even had a surprise 5th guest and they were accommodating. Pasta was good and dessert and dessert options were great. Would go back here again.

the waiter made a mistake and brought the wrong dishes, when I told him about it, he explained that I still have to pay. very slow service, average food. the waiters don't speak English. I'm very disappointed. I left the restaurant hungry and paid for something I didn't order.

Service was very very slow. The food quantity was mediocre. Salt was missing completely in every dish. I get it that some people like less salty food but zero salt approach is too much

Carbonara was really good, but the meat was not very good. The mustard sauce in one of their meat dishes tasted like gunpowder.

The place is nice but very small. Staff very kind. Very disappointed about the toilet - not clean and no place to change the diaper.

Very nice place in the center of the city. Big portions, I suggest to try the Piemontesi appetizers, as well as battuta di fassona, accompanied by some traditional beers. The bagna cauda, a kind of sauce with different kind of vegetables, was very interesting, but too salty. Very kind personnel.
