3.5/10Food was sub-par, I expected better considering restaurants down the road were serving great food. Service was okay at first, but the minute a big table of locals walked in, the wait staff promptly ignored us and focused on them. They added a 12.5% service charge which is standard for the area but not warranted based on the service we received. Would not eat here again.

5.5/10Well, pork wasn't good at all, salad was so so, pasta was fine. Quite overpriced, and not worth the rating the restaurant has on google maps. "If you pay in cash, we can give you a bargain" were the last words I heard from them, as a conclusion to this missed experience.

9.5/10The owner welcomed us in and gave us a cute table, the risotto was fantastic! Just the light in the room was a bit too bright for our taste. Otherwise a great dinner!

4.5/10This was new years eve so I know they were busy. However the staff seemed fed up, the NYE menu was overpriced and the half lobster was meat-less with a watery tasteless sauce. Very disappointing.

3/10The service was lousy,we did not get any napkins, I had to ask 3 times to put the bottle of white wine in a cooler,they clarly had no intention to do so.Our food was not good and was put on our table 5 minutes after ordering it. When we asked for the bill, they told us and all other custumers they had to pay cash because internet did not work.Apparantly they give this story every night,It wuld be good if tax inspection would cotrol this! What a tourist trap, a ral disaster!!

5/10Tourist trap. The food was ok. Unmotivated staff. Dirty place setting. The furnishings in the restaurant are disastrous. The plants grow "crispy" The furniture is dusty. The staff smoke in front of the guests. The worst experience in Venice…

5.5/10The staff were not very friendly. We were tourists from America and they did not seem to have the patience to handle the language barrier. There was a lot of eye rolls and scoffing. They were rude and impatient with us when we had to retrieve money from a nearby ATM because the internet was out. The pasta we had ( fusilli with bacon) was mediocre and lukewarm. I ordered a Bellini and it seemed watered down. I chose this place based on a Google review that praised the service and food. We did not have the best experience here.

5.5/10Food was average. I’d say 3 stars. Service was very poor. Our waiter spent most of his time congregating with the other waiters and manager in the street whilst vaping, joking around, and scrolling on his phone all the while avoiding eye contact with any of his customers who were stuck captive in their respective tables with plates of finished food and empty glasses. Boo! How did this place score 4.7 on google?!? Well I think the answer lies in some of the other reviews (coerced reviews).

2/10We order spaghetti with seafood, but there is sand in dishes, and the prawn is not fresh, the smell is terrible. We are sure that the seafood is not fresh, but the waiters said Italian people all like it, it’s ridiculous. Although we get our money ,but waiters always have a bad attitude while serving us, so I suspect that they are racist.(we are not native people). I don’t know why they get high marks in Google, and I don’t want to go there any more.

3.5/10The service was very slow and in unattentive. The food was OK but nothing special. The only choices for wine was one red and one white. They did not tell us until we were ready to pay that the credit card machine was out and we must pay with cash.

3/10This was probably the worst dining experience we had in Italy. It started with our food arriving 1.5 hours late, and when it did, every dish looked unappetizing. The Venetian liver was particularly disappointing—it was a disaster in terms of both presentation and taste. I spoke to the manager about our issues, and after some explaining and convincing, they agreed to remove the service charge from our bill. Additionally, they completely forgot one of our party’s main courses. Very disappointing!

2/10We had a reservation, when we arrived everything was full so they asked us to wait at a table inside for 10 min. Nobody came even to offer us a menu.. so after 10 minutes we left.. why do they use the reservation system if they don’t respect reservations and their only interest is to have clients?!

Very welcoming. Staff really attentive and helped us make a choice from the menu. We had a turbot which was amazing. It’s small inside so you are very close to other customers, but it really didn’t bother us at all. Would really recommend

6.5/10We chose this restaurant based on its Google rating on Google Maps, but either there is some sort of manipulation going on (buying of positive Google reviews) or there has been a change of ownership/management. The food was not bad, but average. We were expecting much more in terms of taste experience and service quality. The rating on The Fork is more representative of what we experienced. They almost refused to accept that we paid with ForkPay.

10/10We found this restaurant from Tripadvisor amd chosed it by reviews. The food was very good and the service even better. We ate pizzas and spaghetti with seafood. Everybody enjoed the atmosphere. For our suprise, they brought limoncello after main course to enjoy it with tiramisu. We regret that we didn’t order more tiramisú.

6/10Watch out for the 12.5% service charge added! First and only restaurant in Italy where this has been done! No mention on the menu and makes the evening poor value. Caveat Emptor
