Incredibile vegan dinner with fresh produce from the Fattoria and local sourced wines. The setting is just incredible with the most picturesque views.

Location - 10/10 Cooking skills - 9/10 We missed the fact this was a VEGAN meal - we thought it was a restaurant with vegetarian friendly food . We are not vegans . So this meant we didn’t enjoy as much as a vegan would . I’d recommend a bowl of bread perhaps to be given to customers ? As we all left slightly hungry. And this is was our least value for money meal - it was more expensive by far then similar quality meals .

Location Ambience and service all excellent. Food is ok not oustanding .Set menu no choice Roast Aubergine with home made kafeer .The kafeer was tasteless.Risotto of whole grain rice with cheese .Hardly any liquid and cheese bland .Mini pizza on sourdough whole grain bread with pecorino and peppers .Very little cheese and no proprtion to very thick pastry.Peppers should be peeled before roasting

We had the most delightful lunch here. Small vegetarian tasting menu that was really excellent, and worthy of copying some of the key ideas. On a nice day, the setting is truly amazing, and whisks one away to another era on the porch of an elegant Tuscan estate. We loved it. In fact, it was the highlight of the visit to Montepulciano as a whole.

Very few actual vegetables for a vegetarian restaurant. Lots of starches such as rice and potatoes. The service was spotty as we were never given the opportunity to order a second bottle of water. At the end of the meal, several employees started playing the piano and it sour like a 10 year old practicing. Don’t recommend.

What an amazing treat! The food fresh from the garden or the nearby producers (great cheese), excellent friendly service, the atmosphere - cozy and elegant at the same time, with Tuscan hills and old town skyline spreading right before you. Marta the chef reached out to us in advance to say hello. Her menu was inspiring. Wish we had more time in Montepulciano to try more of the vegetarian creations.

This is a rare and wonderful restaurant - the setting is wonderful, the food was good and the host was excellent. Karin (also the owner) was very knowledgable, and also very helpful. I can recommend FSM for a group booking or a romantic booking for 2 - the resaturant has a very cool vibe. Oh, and they have electric car chargers!

Great attention to detail, nice presentation, excellent food, and very friendly service. There is nothing to fault them, a welcome breadth of fresh air in the tuscan countryside. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Bravo!
