10/10We have been in Tuscany for 2 weeks following a week in Turin and Florence and have eaten very well everywhere but...Fiorentina was absolutely the best food we have had so far. We loved the combination of recognisably traditional Tuscan cuisine but combined with innovation, flavour twists, and modern additions whilst still using the produce of the area. Top dish for me was the black rice and truffle, really superb. Plus all the staff are so generous with their time. We have booked to return in a couple of days!
