The food was great. The restaurant is nice as well. I would recommend everyone to go there and try Risotto. I got the discount. However, the owner doesn’t seem to be aware of The Fork pay. I paid via the app, showed them the proof and left. Right after that, they called me back, the owner seemed to be a bit angry and asked me to wait until they verified that with the App. Tbh even though I understand the owner’s perspective, I felt very frustrated and a bit offended… So, The Fork, please explain the restaurant how your payment works.

9.5/10Returned after six years and it was once again an absolute pleasure. The antipasto, lasagna, and cantucci with Vin Santo were reasonably priced and full of flavor. The accompanying Rosso di Montalcino was a true delight. Though the restaurant is slightly tucked away, it was a real joy to return. Als thanks to the friendly service!

5/10Although there was no one in the restaurant the food tasted like it had sat under heating lamps. The steak was cooked too rare and we sent it back, but the roasted potatoes were dry and had no flavor. The best thing from the meal was the mixed salad!

10/10Specifically Angelo the manager we think. From we walked in he was more then accomodating all though we were early. We had the Florentine steak which was just mouth watering and the Vongole which was exquisite. All in all a superb restaurant and staff!!!

10/10This restaurant was my family's favorite. We loved the pasta AND the steak! We actually ate here 3 times because we liked it so much. I actually dreamed about the steak and had to have it again the next day. This felt like a family restaurant and the service was excellent. The only disclaimer is that it is not an American restaurant. At first they seem brusque but then they warm up and are very sweet. Do not be put out if they seem a little brusque! The food is worth it and everyone was very sweet! She even offered me some free wine on the occasions when I declined. I was trying to be more lucid but how can you say no to wine when you are eating amazing Italian food?!! I highly recommend this restaurant. It opens late too so it was an easy choice to come here after a tour.

10/10Welcomed with smiles and treated with care from the owner and the waiters. Food cooked to perfection and wide variety of traditional food from Tuscany. Our Fiorentina was simply delicious. Big, juicy, tasty. We took advantage of The fork discount and the final price was really good value for money Worth a try!

10/10This restaurant was recommended by an Italian friend and turned out to be a great find - lovely, friendly service and general ambiance and delicious, well-sized portions. The fettuccine with porcini mushrooms was one of the best dishes I had on our trip, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak. The owner greeted us by name when we arrived following our reservation which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and return on a future trip to Florence!

6.5/10We were served here based on a Tripadvisor rating. Pluses: Service, location, prices. We enjoyed the pecorino with honey and walnuts. Minuses: Food was just average. We were expecting better based on reviews. Steak with peppercorn sauce, had a terrific sauce and was cooked as requested. But it was a bit tough and difficult to cut. Pasta with mushrooms was described as bland.

The quality of the food is very high with normal prices (around 15€ first courses and 20€ second courses) with the very kind service offered by the personnel. I'd come back here if I'll ever be again in Florence.

Great restaurant! Wonderful and attentive staff. The selection is great, especially compared to other places. For example, the offered grilled salmon and salmon with sauce. Same with steak, veal etc. a grilled and a sauce option. They had vegetarian options and the prices were very good. One of our best meals in Italy and that’s saying a lot!

9.5/10Delicious food wth a great ambience. Service was a bit slow while waiting to order but wasn't too long. Food was delicious and portions were generous. Dessert was superb. Prices were also reasonable. If given am opportunity would definitely return again to try their other dishes.

7.5/10Meal for 4persons, had a mix of steak, pasta and lasagna meals. Meals were good, not five star quality, but it was good value for money. Would eat there again, as it’s a family run good value restaurant. The discount from TheFork (50% off food) helped a lot!
