It was a very nice dinner for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. We had been touring all day and dropped off early by our driver. The exterior of the building was somewhat of a turnoff. Nothing indicated that the business was even currently operational. My hubby went to the grocery store next door to inquire. Other people started to arrive, so we hung out. At 6:30pm they opened the doors. So glad we waited! The VIEW! The food was great, atmosphere was bohemian-Italian and were treated to a glass of champagne for our anniversary. After dinner, the owner made arrangements for a driver to take us to a drop-off location near our AirBnB. Would recommend, highly!!

Very nice Service, the seefood Pasta was very good and the Location is stunning, unfortunately my table was not perfekt.

Spectaculair view, cosy interior, homemade food (pasta and sauces) and a friendly waiter/owner. What is not to like? The pasta with pumpkin and sausage (the meat only) was fantastic! Reasonable prices.

The host was very pleasant, the food was amazing and the view is to die for! The inside is a little dated but it adds to the charm.

Our server Tony was awesome. The food was delicious. Prices were more than fair and the view…can’t get much better. Would definitely recommend and head back. They even provide a free shuttle from the main area of Sorrento….there and back. Thanks for a great night

Anchovies we're very good, the t bone was good, just make sure if u have the steak it priced per kilo, 35 euros per kilo so how does a 850g steak cost 34 euros, should have been 30, they forgot to charge for a beer so didn't complain. Excellent service, missus was disappointed with the pizza though, said was puree not real tomatoes.

Fantastic cute restaurant with wonderful staff and amazing views , really nice place to get away from the crowds and enjoy a sensible priced dinner 👌🏼

Amazing ambience and beautiful location! Good service, but they can’t accommodate food restrictions. Nice wine list and they give you little palate cleansers which were delicious! Good seafood and pork!

Had visited six years ago and place hasn't been updated or freshened up with paint in all that time, wallpaper peeling off walls, window sashes require a good clean, bench outside had bag of compost in it so we couldn't sit down while waiting. Service was great however and extremely prompt.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Il Borgo tonight. The sunset was extraordinary and the atmosphere, food, service and welcome were second to none. We enjoyed it so much we have booked dinner for our last night in Sorrento!

Fantastic setting with stunning views over the bay. Excellent food and very friendly staff. We ate there three times during our stay. We had mainly pizzas, but all the food we had was lovely. Would strongly recommend.

The restaurant itself was stunning and had gorgeous views over the hills. Arriving at 8pm meant watching a sunset from our table! We loved the food and the people running it and working there were so kind and generous. A really wonderful experience!

Family owned for 50 years and it showed. View was spectacular! Driver picked us up at our hotel and drove us home at no charge. Food was amazing!

Despite the view the restaurant food is less than average. It is 10mn from city center and if you have to take a taxi it Will cost you 40 euros to get there ! I won t recommand it ! Much better to go around grande Marina where you can find better quality and Nice view too!

My daughter and wife ordered pizza, that were burnt black around the edges and the pizzas had very little taste to them. The waiter was about to clear our table after our main meal, but then dashed to a TV to watch the football, to which he stay for about 10 minutes. On exiting the restaurant my wife notice a lady smoking in there. This restaurant is a good contender for Ramseys kitchen nightmare.

Delightful relaxed place. Friendly staff, stunning view, great food. Nicest evening we’ve had in the Sorrento area. Complimentary lift back to town. Highly recommended.

Yes, it has the views but the restaurant is quite shabby and the food was only average.

Greeted like family. Great food and idyllic views of the bay and Vesuvius. A shuttle service to and from town make this a must do when in Sorrento. We highly recommend it.

Antonio was very accommodating on our arrival and had spoken before in regards tother shuttle service they offer. Food was good, reasonable priced. Also they made some dessert as a nice gesture for my girlfriends birthday. The views are awesome too.

The view from this restaurant is simply breaktaking. The owner is incredibly proud of his restaurant (and rightly so) and very helpful. The food was fabulous and reasonably priced. Staff were also very efficient. We were a table of two, and often you are rushed when you are two, but not here. We were in for the evening and felt very relaxed throughout the meal. So good, we are going back! They also offer a free shuttle bus from the town up to the restaurant which is very convenient.
