i last dined at L'Aquario 10 years ago, and unlike many restaurants in the area, it has only gotten better with time. Superb in the every category. Thank you for a splendid afternoon!

Amazing experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The local fish was delicious — fresh and perfectly cooked. A wonderful culinary experience overall. We’re grateful and very happy we chose this place!

The service and wine was very very good. But the food - was I think the worst of all we tried during our jorney in Italy, in lamb - was few bites of meat, the rest was bones and lard/fat that you don't really want to eat, pasta with fish - almost no fish, and pasta sauce/taste was not really better then the one you can buy in the supermarket. For this prices, and with the Michelin recommendation... well, waste of the money. But the service people were very nice, and the view was also great. But the food - was bad.

Highly recommendable and truely lives up to Bib Gourmet rating. Great service, flavorful dishes and fairly priced. The truffle pasta, fish stew and truffle steak stood out. Definitely coming back if opportunity arises.

This was our second time we can here, this time with some friends. Again we were not disappointed; friendly and helpfull staff, fantastic food, lovely wine and for me gluten free pasta. We'll definitely come back here!

+1This restaurant is amazing! The most humble little place with the friendliest staff who made me so so welcome. All of them so knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations and info about the locality of the food. The food itself is exceptional. You can tell it’s prepared with so much love. Some unique and playful flavours based in traditional cuisine and the menu has so much to offer that i had to go back a second time to try more. I’m vegetarian and I had so much choice which can be rare when wanting to eat in traditional places so I was very excited when i saw the menu. I’ve been in Italy for 2 weeks and this is my favourite restaurant so far and i’m excited to plan another trip to the area just so i can come back. I hope you all have a wonderful time enjoying this restaurant as much as I did.

Everything was fine, but nothing memorable, decent but no real warmth either in the menu, food quality, wine list or service. We arrived ~ 20 minutes late due to parking issues and were told we had already been marked as a ‘no show’. Maybe we were unlucky, we’ll never know.

My best meal in Italy and yet affordable at 52 euros for a three course meal with a glass of wine, a glass of desert wine and a bottle of San Pellegrino for one person in a Michelin restaurant. I had the mixed fish appetizer from Lake Trasimeno, the Fish lake and crayfish soup Tegamaccio (there were a few fish bones, beware of taking smaller bites), the strawberry mille-feuilles.

Amazing food! Will be returning! We had the vegetarian tarte, gnocchi and fish soup. All were delicious. I 100% would recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is really charming and can be warmly recommended. Excellent food beautifully plated, friendly service, family atmosphere. We will certainly go again.

Waiters could not get our orders right. Fish dishes were full of fish bones, which are usually removed by chef by the chef BEFORE cooking. Our guide said that is was the most screwed up services he has ever seen. Also, some of fish species had a swampy taste to it. I would not recommend this restaurant in good faith.

Went to the restaurant because of the Michelin rating, however food was not of the level we expected. Pastas were ok, not great. Main dishes of duck and mixed local fishes were poor. Duck was over cooked and butterflied before baking. Fish was fried and dry. And the portion way to big. Would suggest lowering the quantity. The ambiance and service were fine.
