Poor service. 80,s 90,s music ON A LOOP made matters worse! After being seated it took an age for our order to be taken. We were coerced/shamed into buying a more expensive steak than planned which was then 200gr heavier than the 2kg requested. The Tuscan 2.2kg steak not as tender or tasty as enjoyed elsewhere earlier in the week. Veg and fab potatoes were forgotten so our steak was even colder when they arrived. Nearly €300 and no apology offered....not worth it!

When booking I requested a table by the window and they offered us a cute table with view to the Dome. The food was delicious and the choice of wine is great. The service was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

From start to finish the meal was disappointing. Stale bread, wilted salad and pasta without flavor. View was great, but service lacked any desire to do a good job. Save yourself the trouble and dont be disappointed by this tourist trap.

we have T bone steak. It was of good quality. We also have tomato soup and mixed salad. Both were also good. Service was commendable.

It was nice to have lunch facing la cupola duomo of Florence however I felt the meet was tough and had no flavor even with extra salt added. We had the panacotta for desert however there was absolutely no wobble - it was very heavy and thick. They did give us an aperitive on the house which was nice .

We arrived and were seated in the front window facing the Duomo which was lovely. We asked about the steak and the waiter didn’t explain any cuts of meat and told us there was a minimum weight we had to order which we went ahead and did. He then came back with a piece of meat over our desired weight and it sounded to us like it was this one or nothing so we went ahead. The steak and potatoes were delicious. After that we finished our drinks and had to sit there for another 30 mins despite asking constantly for the bill. We even asked the Manager. Finally he came over with a verbal apology and limoncello which felt like an insult. It was a shame as it ruined the experience and I wouldn’t come back or recommend. We went for a walk around the corner and other restaurants were serving the same meats for far cheaper. It’s worth walking walking around first although the square’s view is a key feature..

Beautiful setting. Great decorum Service is tops Wish there was an option for a porterhouse steak/ ribeye / rump on a smaller scale than the big T bone but i did not see such option on the menu Steak was good though and cooked to perfection. It was still a great experience.

Today we had the Spanish Gallizio Beef as Bistecca Fiorentina and it was even better than the Chianina, what was hard to believe. What an experience! Thanks to the excellent service as well, a great memory for all of us after visiting Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi!

More of a fine dining restaurant than authentic food, the view of the duomo was blocked by construction, food was nice but small portions and brought out within minutes of ordering. Probably wouldn’t go again but also wouldn’t complain
