9/10Food was excellent. 5 star. Service is slow even by Italian standards. Waited for deserts for more than 35 minutes.

4.5/10Our meals were delivered separately and 10 mins apart. My Pasta (tag, mushroom / truffle sauce) was disappointing, didn’t feel freshly cooked with it arriving so quickly, lacking any real flavour and mushrooms were slimy / no texture. Wife’s pizza was tho much better. Staff however stopped serving for 45 mins to reorganise tables due to weather resulting in long waits for everyone. In end as staff didn’t offer follow ups we gave up on desert / coffee and left. Shame as had been good on last years visit. The poor weather had benn forecast too so shouldn’t have been a surprise.

8.5/10Food and service were great. Only issue is we booked using The Fork app but the restaurant didn't even acknowledge our booking, in fact it was as if they just found us any table and sat us there... no reservation on the table. .

8.5/10All went well but the 20% discount promised by Fork was not honoured by the restaurant. I don’t know if this is the fault of Fork or the restaurant.

10/10A diamond in a lake of pearls. The food at the Ristorante La Pace is exceptional, the staff could not have been any friendlier and helpful nothing was to much trouble. The ambience was so relaxed and the location with the lake lapping against the shore could not be any more idyllic. The fish dishes we sought out from the menu were impeccable and so flavoursome . I thought the tuna carpaccio was one of the best dishes I have had anywhere. A simply wonderful experience from start to finish . Thank you for a lovely evening.

10/10Perfect location, looking out on the lake. Food was delicious. The best thing though was the service - so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed it so much we returned three nights in a row!

10/10We enjoyed a friends special birthday meal. The staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant is set in a beautiful plaza and right in the waters edge. We all had beautiful wine and all pleased with our food. Definitely recommend. Really comfy chairs too!!

7.5/10The restaurant has beautiful views over the Lake, we were also really fortunate to have live music in front of us whilst we dined. However, the food was the most expensive we had eaten whilst in Lake Garda and the most disappointing. Nothing to rave about! The portions were like Man vs Food, so great if you want huge portions! A quick lunch spot to enjoy views, not for anything special!

10/10This was our 3rd meal at La Pace. The food has been very good on each occasion. The staff are efficient, friendly and relaxed. The chicken Caesar salad is delicious, Seabass exceptional and ravioli perfect. The setting is nice with a view of the lake in a small piazza. The area is busy and sometimes you have to wait for a table for about 10 minutes or so. We had booked online and as a table wasn’t ready (we were early) we were given a Prosecco whist we waited. It’s a fail safe option for a good atmosphere and a really good meal.

8/10We made a reservation for 9 people via The Fork. On arrival there was no table and they did not even want to acknowledge that we had a reservation. Clearly they are not complying with the procedures for “The fork”. However, 40 minutes later we had a table.

9.5/10Food was good, especially the pizzas. Service was attentive and quick but almost in a rush. Clearing plates from the table before everyone was finished. Plenty of people waiting to be seated so it makes sense but you got the feeling they wanted you on your way…

9.5/10The restaurant was really good, we had the grilled fish mix (for 2 people). It was not expensive, considering everything was really fresh and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend visiting La Pace if you find yourself in Malcesine.

10/10The staff was super welcoming, we were presented prosecco while waiting and limoncello and grappa after meal. We were suggested a very good wine and the food was delicious. This is our second time at La Pace and we will definitely make a third visit.

10/10Excellent evening meal in a magical setting. Welcome and service was spot on. Nothing was any trouble even though the restaurant was busy. Oma, who ran front of restaurant was brilliant. Attentive and slick management of the service. Delicious food, good choice of wines, complimentary aperitif and after dinner liqueur. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday

10/10This place was unbelievable. Started with complimentary Prosecco and ended with a bottle of limoncello and grappa at the table. The food was delicious! Sat overlooking lake Garda. Wonderful!

10/10Beautiful food. excellent setting, very attentive staff and all for a very reasonable price. The welcome prosecco and bruschetta are a really nice touch and finishing it off with limoncello or grape is excellent. We would definitely visit again

10/10Went here for dinner on our first night in Malcesine. We were greeted very warmly. Food was really good. We had a mix of traditional pasta dishes and seafood. All hot and fresh. Staff are attentive (but could bring the bill slightly quicker after service). Overall a really good experience.
