The restaurant is beautiful and has outdoor seating that overlooks beautiful Spoleto! The fact that the food is excellent makes for a perfect dining experience!

This was my second visit to La Locanda della Signoria, a restaurant with an excellent location and a beautiful setting, both internally (with a spectacular dining room) and externally (with a very pleasant view over the hills around Spoleto). The restaurant confirmed its good cuisine, with some new additions to the menu, and good level of service at the tables, although the attitude of the staff in charge of collecting the payment, just chatting over the phone and ignoring the customers waiting to pay in front of her, was rather annoying.

Really delicious food - the lamb was amazing (and I say that as a New Zealander where lamb is very common) and my husband really enjoyed his pasta with sausage and truffle. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Sorento.

The Locanda della Signoria is a beautiful restaurant very close to Spoleto's Cathedral, with a great terrace overlooking the valley and an amazing dining room (I strongly recommend a visit to their wine cellar, it is a worthwhile experience even for the non wine-lovers). The food is of a high quality, the portions generous and the service very professional. I'd surely recommend it!

We had a very good lunch with friends at the restaurant. Owner was very helpful and explaining the local dishes and made good suggestions. Service was excellent. The view is very nice through the small park out to the countryside. A definite good choice for Spoleto.

Fantastic genuine and creative food! Menus to choose from depending on your preferences (Meat, Fish, Vegetarian, Vegan). Lovely and welcoming athmosphere. A must!

We have been in many restaurants in our 2 weeks stay in Umbria in different cities and all have truly been great, here was clearly the worst restaurant experience we have had in years, not only the food was horrible but of course expensive for what it was. Not sure how it has a 9.0 on The Fork. The Salmon Tartare was not refined, with big pieces of chopped up salmon still with nerves and difficult to chew, all squashed onto a bed of wheat grains, whilst my wife enjoyed for 19€ bones of lamb simply burnt! ...trust me you would have done better at home on the barbecue. Would not recommend stopping there!

Beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the view of Spoleto’s tiled rooftops. The food was good, but lacked refinement. Fish dish tasted a bit, well, fishy. Veal portion was generous but uninspired. Wonderful sautéed greens as a side dish. Service was friendly and appropriately attentive. I’d like to come back and try the pasta served to the staff - it looked great and smelled wonderful.

Atmospheric location with terrace next to duomo and gardens overlooking a great view over the town. Interior well presented and quirky. Nice touch to have open access to the wine cellar.

This restaurant has the best Italian food you can ask for. The starters, the pasta,the second course,the wine all excellent. The owner is very nice and hospitable. We definitely recommend this place and will come back again
