This is a fabulous restaurant The food and service are first class and the decor and accents of the restaurant celebrates the life of the famous Italian opera singer Enrico Caruso A lovely ambiance with of the music of Caruso lightly in the background Highly recommended visit

Wonderful find. Great atmosphere, beautiful music sung by Caruso and ofcourse delicious and well prensented food. Staff very professional. definitely recommend

This is an extraordinary place! Not only for the good food they serve there, but mainly for the people that work in the restaurant. Franco is a such a nice person and so does the staff. And it’s a museum for Caruso fans. It is my second time there and wish I could visit there more times.

Ristorante Museo Caruso was most definitely one of the best, if not the best meal of our trip to Italy! The food was outstanding- the chef's caprese and truffle pasta were standouts. We'd definitely return if we are in Sorrento again and recommend to anyone going there.

We chose the 6 course vegetarian menu, not because we're vegetarians, but just because the courses appealed to us. However, this was I've of the best meals I've ever had. Each course was thoughtful and delectable. We were also presented with a welcome prosecco and a choosing limoncello with assorted cookies in the end. The waiter and waitress were sophisticated and kind and warm. An overall excellent experience.

Food and service were amazing. Not very crowded. I guess the tourists prefer a cheaper meal. Well worth the visit. Decor all Caruso related

This is our third visit to restrauant over the last 3 years and each time we visit it gets better and better

+1What an amazing restaurant and experience. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco then had a tasting menu which was fabulous. It was decorated in nostalgia and beauty. A perfect way to end our last night in Italy. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice ambiance, the staff very attentive and the food was amazing! One word of caution, the portions are more than generous so keep yourself under control when ordering. We had a wonderful time here, I am confident you will too.

Historic restaurant with lovely caruso related artifacts / pictures. Other than that, food was disappointing, service was extremely slow and the overall experience mediocre at best. Restaurant was almost empty (only 6 tables on a Saturday evening out of 3 whole rooms...)

Gourmet food, impeccable service, romantic atmosphere. My only criticism would be, there should have meen more Grouper in my pasta dish.

Wonderful, unique atmosphere, top-notch food, a wine-list the size of a church Bible and great service. And if the conversation flags, just sit back and revel in the sound of the great tenor who gives the place its name. Probably one of the best restaurants in Italy and reasonably affordable given the quality.

+2I lead small group tours to every region of Italy, and dine in many restaurants throughout the boot shaped peninsula. Ristorante Caruso is a favorite. It ihas an elegant, yet not stuffy ambience. The staff provides helpful, professional and friendly service. But certainly come for the food and wine. Excellent choice in Sorrento.

An incredibly enjoyable meal. My partner had the lobster and I had the Chateaubriand, both were excellent and the waiter was very attentive and helpful. The wine choice was superb.

The service was impeccable; definitely of a high standard, as were the prices. Managed to find a reasonably priced bottle of Gavi di Gavi but ended up with a bottle of Gavi, which is not so good...

Food was amazing and a very interesting menu. Server disappeared for extended periods every now and then, but it was a great evening.

Exceptional service. Always timely, but never intrusive. My companion had the slow-cooked duck while I had the seafood soup. Each were prepared perfectly and artfully presented.

Wonderful ambience and service. We did the pesche tasting menu and it was fantastic . The most ridiculous wine list I’ve ever season!!!

We walked by the restaurant while exploring Sorrento and were intrigued by the name. — Caruso—and the beauty of the site. From the moment we entered, the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. They immediately served us a complementary glass of sparkling wine. We ordered a pasta dish,, branzino, and duck—all were superb. We highly recommend this restaurant. And the music was eonderful—opera sung by Bryce great Caruso.

We had fish tasting menu which was excellent. The restaurant was full but only 3 staff including manager which effected service a little.

I liked this restaurant very much. Cosy and elegant interior, and the food was excellent. Very friendly and professional waiters. They play Caruso in the background all the time, which could be a little to much in the long run, but it is not so loud, and fits nicely with the atmosphere.

A little quiet for a Thursday night. Food and service was lovely and we enjoyed our evening.

The lighting could be slightly less bright if we were to be overtly critical … but that is literally the only thing this restaurant could improve upon. The food was awesome. The service fabulous. We absolutely loved it. And very reasonably priced. We will definitely return one day x

This restaurant was the best restaurant we ate at in Italy by far! Everything was perfect, the food, service, and especially the ambiance. We did not expect to find such as gem when we booked. A wonderful dining experience. The food was absolutely wonderful and all of the staff were truly amazing . I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Atmosphere was great and service was very good. The food was pretty good. I would go there again more for the atmosphere than the food. Overall experience was an 8 out of 10.
